We got moving supplies (boxes, tape, etc) here. The building itself is very cool, and the employees were great. The cashier helped us find the best specific supplies we needed, and we got help loading up a large amount of boxes into our sedan. We’ve gotten Uhaul moving supplies before, and they’re sturdy and practical - especially with the buyback guarantee. Glad to have these guys in the area !

Rented a 9' cargo van for 48 hours for a move in late June. On the day of my reservation the service was prompt and I was in & out with the van within 10 minutes. We wound up needing to extend our reservation and they were more than happy to accommodate. One thing I will say is look into renting a truck closer to your destination than where you're moving from. If you're moving more than a mile or two, once you're done moving it's much easier to drop the truck off close to your new location. Otherwise you will be like me, driving all the way back to Chinatown from the suburbs.

I reserved a truck for 7/27/2022 but on the day of and when I showed up with 2 helpers to pick it up they said my reservation had been cancelled. I hadn’t received any calls or emails regarding that and at the time they already had 3 trucks of the same size available that were allegedly reserved by other customers. This caused me a financial damage of $200 and wasted a couple of hours of my day. Nobody to this day has reached out to me even with a simple apology. I highly recommend you avoid this location and instead check out the Bronzville one which is nearby and has an amazing management service.
