Great service the whole staff was impeccable! I couldn't ask for more help than I received! Tatiana was especially in her great service! Tatiana deserves a promotion! Tatiana was simply great! Horrible customer service,not informative at all and the gentleman or women(couldn’t tell)that helped me was rude & act like I was bothering them. Stay clear of this place.

Washington U-Haul was the least helpful customer service and experience I have had in philadelphia. I would highly recommend going to either Penske or Enterprise across the street. I am now stuck with a 156$ ticket from U-Haul and after being on and off hold for an hour and a half I am still stuck with this ticket. Penske - 1216 Washington Ave 19147

If I could give the customer service I received at this location 0 stars, I would. Both when I was checking in and returning the truck, the rep who helped me (I believe her name is Princess, she was short with glasses and red and black braids) has an absolutely disgusting attitude and should not be working in customer service of any type. Not only was she rude, she kept mumbling and when I asked for her to speak up, she acted as if it was an issue. My reservation was at 5pm and there was a truck blocking mine so she told us to “just wait” for whenever the other customer took the blocking truck out. I called the next to ask if I could extend for an hour, she said yes and I asked how much it would be, she refused to tell me and just hung up. When my mom came in to return the truck, the same rep refused to get out her seat to direct my mom as to where to leave it. Instead, she kept pointing out the window in a vague direction. I get it, U haul customer service probably have to deal with a lot, but we were polite the entire time and there’s no excuse.

Over the past 5 years, our family has rented the cargo van, 10' and 15' trucks from this facility and always had a positive experience. I recommend going online 1-2 weeks ahead to reserve, especially if you're doing a weekend move.Their hours are convenient, plus they have a drop box if you have to return the vehicle after hours. It's worth paying for the furniture pads, but make sure you fold the pads neatly when you return them to avoid a fee. Likewise, with filling up the gas tank before you return it.
