Martin and his staff was very nice. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The van that I received needed work but got the job done.

This branch should be shut down. Terrible neighborhood - Shooting outside this location the day after I rented a van. Front desk was extremely rude and would not accommodate my needs. All around just bad experience. For your own safety don't bother using this location.

Martin & Staff always take care of me if I need a truck last minute, they got me also with the best hospitality. If you need a truck, storage or supplies in the Philadelphia area this is the best Uhaul to visit thank you again

Sounds like our van rental was double-booked. We got here less than an hour after the pickup time and they told us that the van we reserved was already dispatched. I don’t have a problem with that kind of a policy, but make it consistent. From what I know, they do this only after an hour has passed. People really rely on having transport for moves so this kind of thing is a huge problem.
