Not very good at returning calls. Also reported a bunch of broken glass where you pull into tunnel below to load and unload and waited close to an hour for someone to clean it up, knowing we were waiting to pull down there. As far as the storage it's self, was fine. Temp controlled and safe.

Generally reasonably affordable option for truck and trailer rentals. Sometimes it's a little bit of a hassle to get a hold of them, some policies have gotten worse-like in town drop off to another location would incur a significant fee. You have to bring a vehicle in to them before towing it, so not helpful for things like picking up a project car. But, generally relatively affordable to rent a trailer or moving vehicle. Safety conscious, they hook up your trailer for you, double check chains, and go through brake and signal checks.

Worst customer service ever! The walked in today to reserve a truck, the guy did ask me if I want or need the truck ? I replied: what makes a difference whether I want it or need it. I am here for reason and it is obvious I am here for the truck. The guy was rude, unprofessional, bad attitude, and looks like he does not want be there at all. He was sitting on the desk typing my information and I politely ask him that I wanted that truck parked outside by mJn door. He replied to me " well, I can't see it since you are standing in front of me !" Wow, I am standing in front of you? Well, if you are that professional get up and look at it and show professional. I don't work for you, I am here to rent a truck and spend money here . He is so lazy that he can't even get up and look at the window especially I show him the truck a couple times parked by main door. If you hate your job, get off the bus and let someone who has good customer support service take your seat. Noone put a gun on ur head and tell you to bring bad energy to customers . This business won't last and need serious staff reorganization. I won't recommend this location to anyone. Horrible customer service!

Everyone I interacted with was great! Easy to talk to and very helpful during the check in process. The only reason I gave an above average rating is detailed below. The loading dolly I requested (and paid for) was not included. When I called and asked for the charge to be removed I was told it would but there is no credit on my account for it.

The U-Haul staff was kind and helpful with our rental. The customers that were there ahead of me were causing them very much trouble they were very busy and the Burnette lady had 3 computers going back and forth got the line that was going out the front door depleted within minutes . The other women with the reddish colored hair brought my truck up as the gentlemen with the glasses finished cleaning it as we finished the contract which was wonderful given the temp outside. They did a phenomenal job with the short staff they are dealing with and the few select trouble customers that were dealt with quick and easy to get what the next person needed. The lady with the blondish brown hair was so thorough with our confusion on how the whole process went to make our move one of the best experiences possible. Andy is an amazing manager and keeps his store together as best as possible with the people and equipment he is given! If I could give this location more stars I definitely would! best employees we have dealt with in the moving industry.
