This sham of a place is totally misleading customers. The online hours of operation states that its 24hrs when in reality its 7am to 10pm if you want to access your locker. They offer 24hrs for an additional surcharge... Surprise.... Forget about management they really dont want to help and will attempt to nickel and dime you with fake offerings. Make sure you have read the details of your contract. Otherwise you are locking your stuff up with a shady business. Customer service through 1800 go uhaul are nice but cannot assist or will not assist in rectifying issues with this business. If you put your stuff here be prepared. You have been warned.

Just a nice little place it's clean you have enough room to store some of the things that you need to store and the prices are reasonable and it's very accessible to the people that have the keys and the codes to get in and it's really safe when you go in there

Decent place. My husband rented a 10 foot truck, moving everything from our old house was a way bigger task then originally thought, so we only reserved the truck for 1 day but it actually ended up taking 3. We had to extend our reservation twice and they were able to accommodate us pretty easily both times and didn’t really give us a hard time like most other places would. Would have gave them 5 stars however I could only give 3 because there were a couple small issues. So my husband bought the pack of travel blankets from them, the things you can put over your tv’s or other fragile items so they won’t get damaged, when we purchased them there were 5 brand new in a unopened package. We thought they were ours to keep since they came brand new in the package, and when we bought them, the guy that sold them to us never told us they were just for rent and we had to return them, and since he never stated this and they came in the package we figured they were ours to keep. Then upon returning the truck the lady asked where the blankets were and my husband stated they were in storage with our stuff, then the lady told us that they were still their property and we were supposed to return them. My husband explained he didn’t know and the guy never mentioned it but unfortunately the lady didn’t seem to care and they are now trying to charge us for the blankets even tho they are being used in their own storage facility with our things and the miscommunication. So that is kind of a turn off, you’d think because they never mentioned it they would give us a break or at least a discount, but NOPE! Then besides that, on every single uhaul box it says BUY BACK GUARANTEE if you don’t use the boxes you bought we’ll refund you for them. My husband had bought their moving kit for $40, and we had a decent amount of unused boxes left over. So we brought them back because of their “guarantee”. However when we tried to return them, the lady stated they would not buy them back or return them, even tho they say it right on the box, because we bought the kit, and didn’t buy the boxes individually 😑😑 also something you’d figure they should tell you at checkout, like if you have any unused boxes if you get the kit you won’t be able to return them, so at least we can decide if we actually needed all those boxes or not. So overall the place is decent, but the service at checkout could definitely be better! Hope this review helps future customers as well as the company to maybe change some things at checkout and help some families save a little extra money with just a couple of simple questions!

This place is the pits. If it weren't for Martha they would get zero stars. Rat traps everywhere and it smells strongly of dead rodents. The elevator is often broken its just a mess.
