Fantastic customer service! I picked up my Uhaul from a different location but the location I picked up at didn’t have the equipment I ordered. The regional office sent me to this location to get the equipment. An older lady and a younger lady who’s name I think was Naomi helped me get the equipment out to the truck and when I opened the back they were so disgusted with how dirty the box floor was (the location I picked it up from that morning obviously didn’t clean it) Naomi jumped in there and cleaned it up!

Got here to pick up my rental at 12pm. Get the total and pull out cash to pay. The counter guy rolls his eyes and says he has to go count the draw. It's been 15 minutes so far and I'm patiently waiting for him to finish counting the $100 draw.... I hear dimes falling now. Told him I did not need change I'm in a hurry and he told me he had to count the draw 1st. He should be prepared for customers when he opens up hours ago and count the draw then. What's happening to when the American dollor is an inconvenience. So sad. 11 minutes to count a $100 draw.

Friendly staff, Terri was amazing throughout the whole experience. Very knowledgeable and very informative. The truck was fine, no issues, very clean. Hassle free pickup and delivery. No complaints.

Horrible Experience! They rented us a truck that was completely damaged. When we asked for another one they refused to exchange it stating they none available. HOWEVER! There were 7 other same size trucks that were in the lot. Not to mention in which the big fat white boy shared prior to our rental that were available. NEVER GOING BACK HERE
