I know it’s a remote location, on one of the Hawaiian Islands, Kauai. I ordered two cubes to load and received a proposal. At the last minute, the cubes could not be delivered to my home, but needed to remain at the shipping center. I rented a Uhaul truck, made two trips and loaded the cubes. Once I was done, I notified the terminal and received an estimated shipping date…supposedly I would receive the containers within three weeks. When the date came close, I called to find out the cubes were still in Hawaii. Needless to say, I finally got my cubes seven weeks later. Overall, the service was just “OK”…my three star rating was generous.

Moved from Carson City, NV to Maui. Got three relocubes from U-Pack. Cost just under $9k. Ouch!! but that’s per much the going rate for this type of move They don’t provide door drop off of cubes in Maui like most places, so we had to hire movers to unload the cubes in a local Maui warehouse and have the stuff delivered to our house. That added extra cost and hassle of course but we made it work. Cubes were dropped off on time and picked up promptly in NV. Took just under a month to get the cubes to Maui. Moving was stressful at it always is but U-Pack delivered.
