The facility is clean and have different type of units but unfortunately the customer service is extremely poor. I called to ask to keep my card on file to do automatic payments and they said they would. I spoke to Meagan the manager of the facility. The following month they charge for late fee and when asking again to keep the card on file they said I need to go to the facility to sign for that. After explaining I was out of the country they said that was not their fault. I was really upset and Meagan just hung up the phone. I called back again and then finally she told me there was an option online to enroll the card on automatic payments and when ask her to guide me she hung up again. Now I’m waiting on the phone for more that 20 minutes to have someone guide me. She clearly do not care about a good customer experience.

Read the reviews! This place is a fairly new establishment. Very clean, secure & staff friendly. However, prior to my obtaining a rental space here, the reviews I read mostly were in reference to prices being raised sky high shortly after rental. This i found was true!!! After my 2nd month of occupancy here, my space rental increased $23 from the initial $129 per month for a 10 x 12 space, for a new total of $152. Appr 3 months thereafter my rental was raised once again an additional $41, bringing my rental to a total of $193 in just 5 months of occupancy. They advertise at a low rate to reel the customer in then raise the rates forcing the customer to pay up or go through the trouble of relocating at more expense. Legal blackmail at its finest!!! I chose to relocate. The reviews are/were true. POTENTIAL CLIENTS BEWARE!!!

Please do not use this storage. There are so many drawbacks to this facility. First, the customer service is extremely poor. Initially, it was an inconvenience when my initial online reservation and deal was not honored. They also wheel you in with great deals to later raise the deal significantly. Secondly, the hours are not ideal. They open neither late or early. What is the point of code access if you can't access outside of normal business hours? Third, the website payment process is antiquated and does not work. The outside vendor they use for reminders via text is much better than their online payment system. There is no sympathy for minor inconveniences. In fact, I was never late and wasn't extended grace when I shared the difficulty with the web payment and password resets not working properly. The only solution was to audibly give her (Gloria, very nasty attitude) my card information. Their bottom line is money and not customers. There are much better storage facilities in the area, with more spacious units. Do yourself a favor and utilize those. ( 1 star, but really 0).
