Two stars because the guy at the gate is cool, and I was able to park outside the gate until my appointment time. Otherwise, another poor USCS facility. I arrived at 1015 for an 1100 appointment, didn't get a door until 1300, and wasn't done being loaded until 1500. Just seems kinda unacceptable to me. There are other USCS facilities that this one could learn from. I wouldn't return to this particular location, and you shouldn't pick up or deliver here if you value your time.

Drivers, Please don't complain about Warehouse taking too long and missing your next appointment time. Why? Because the Warehouse is solely relying on STAFF being present. If they don't pay good...it's gonna be a hard job getting good help. If Supervisors don't treat them respectfully-- who wants to work under those conditions? That's also part of being a Truck driver....O/O or Company driver, right??

Picked a load from here recently. From security guard to office people were very polite & friendly. Checked in at 10:30 am for 11 am appointment & was loaded by 2 pm. So good overall experience. They have clean restrooms for drivers & parking on site while waiting as well.

A quick and out. Dedicated workers. Must slide tandems. Doors are to remain closed. They're opened once you're docked in. Green light means you pick up your paperwork.

This place was really helpful to me and polite. I actually had a Cargill load and it was in between the two Cold storage buildings. (Same building but in between the two truck entrances) you enter at the 2525 address and take their side *road* through the gate and head toward the middle of the two warehouses. There's a wall of six docks and the shipper and receiver is by the docks.
