Went online Sunday, the website was relatively easy to follow. Came in today, walked in to a clean front desk area, and a nice gentleman named Scott who assisted me. Scott was more than happy to show me to two options as I was torn on what the actual length I thought I reserved was. In going around the facility, it was really clean and made me feel comfortable to choose this storage facility. I've never rented a storage unit before, so I didn't know what to expect, but I think I made a great choice for a first timer! We'll see 🤞🏼.

From the moment we called for information Scott was extremely friendly and answered all our questions and then some. This our first time using it US storages so it was a wonderful experience. When we went in to the office for the actual contract he remembered wed spoken and again him and Cynthia were very helpful and friendly.
