First, I'd want to say that this is a REAL review. I made a reservation online, and received an email and a confirmation call. Angela was very professional, informative, and friendly. She was cleaning the office when I walked in for my appointment, which I appreciated, and the property was clean as well.

I chose US Storage on Wasson Rd because it is clean, secure, well managed and units can be accessed daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm. They exceeded my expectations.

I rented two indoor units for 3 years. I finally moved out because they kept increasing the price and I was paying over twice as much as when I first signed my lease. My only complaint is the lack of a platform truck that other storage companies usually have available. Either they have been stolen or locked up in someone's unit, but I had to resort to purchasing my own platform truck to move stuff to and from my vehicles. Otherwise it is a reasonably nice storage location.
