I went for some boxes, tape and bubble wrap, because I was moving! A guy by the name of Rob came over and help me find the exact type of boxes I was looking for. He was very polite and helpful. He made laugh the entire time. Such a delightful place to come and get all your storage needs. If you are looking for a place to put your things US Storage is the place for you!

I was helped by Keith today while renting two storage units. I was greeted as soon as I entered and was helped beyond measure when I couldn’t get my storage unit door closed. I would definitely recommend this storage unit to everyone I know and I appreciate the excellent customer service received during my visit.

Rob was the greatest help. It made things we easy for us to maneuver through this process. We were within tight time restraints and he went above and beyond to assist us with our storage needs. April 2021, my ceiling was coming down from my unit, ground looked wet. They couldn't get to it because lots of stuff. So I said do you have another unit I could put some of my stuff in because I was moving and needed more room. I thought I was put on auto pay for both units. But it turned out they transfered me out and got rid of all my stuff by the end of that month. No warning, I thought I was paying for both units. I had this stuff stored since 2016. I had this same issue before when transfering units, they had no problem with me paying both units for months! This time? Nope, all my stuff is gone. Hell I had another EMPTY unit with them at the time, that was closer than their trash dump. If they wanted to they could've chucked everything in there. They didn't even attempt to auction it off, straight into the trash.
