Oh my, the experience here was so nice, I had to rent from them TWICE!! You never know when you will have an unexpected circumstance requiring storage. I do know that I can count on US Storage for professional and top quality services. Elizabeth is the best and made the process so easy it was actually fun!

As a moving service provider we see the best and worst of storage facilities in the area. This facility is top notch! It is always clean, there are plenty of carts available at any given time, the level of security is on par with other high end climate facilities, and the staff has always been warm and friendly. It’s a pleasure when we have the opportunity to work from this location!

My experience at US Storage has been great. I recently had to change units - downsizing - and had a great experience with their on site manager Elizabeth. She is super helpful, friendly, and simply a pleasure to work with. A few days later, I was in my unit sorting through things and she was up on the third floor keeping things cleaned. She takes great pride in her work and keeping the place clean.

I am extremely happy with the Bakers Bridge Ave. location storage unit. The staff is available, professional, and friendly. I have been at this location for the past year and recently downsized my unit. Again, the staff was more than helpful with the transition. I have never had an issue with gate or door entry. A great clean facility. All you could ask for. Elizabeth helped me with the downsized and she was great.

We had great experiences with US Storage during the process of securing a safe place to store our travel trailer. The women we spoke with on the phone were friendly and very helpful. They reserved us a spot that same day and looked for and applied a promotion to the first month’s rent. We also had a great experience with Steven at our in-person appointment to get everything set up. He was very friendly and processed our information efficiently. We highly recommend using the Brentwood location from the positive experiences we had. Thanks!
