David and I stored our Thor Compass with Valley Indoor RV Storage this afternoon. Thanks to the kindness of people at the Walnut RV Park we were able to locate this fabulous RV storage facility while we travel to meet friends in Panama. Initially we feared we would have to go far outside of Los Angeles for storage and feel relieved to have found a space that appears well organized and very safe.

What an immaculate facility. Customer service was excellent from both Bob and Robert. Bob showed me the units available and all of the amenities and Robert helped assist me into my new unit. The property was conveniently located in a local area with easy access to entrance. The units are modern and updated. This location conveniently has RV and Auto Storage as well. I highly recommend getting your unit here and you can reserve online as well. There is close access to the freeway as well.

We've been on the waitlist for this facility for quite sometime and let's just say it was well worth the wait. The entire staff (Patty, Bob and Dave), have made us feel most welcome and extended Customer Service that is rare to find these days. The facility itself is maintained impeccably and Bob was very kind to give us a comprehensive and thorough tour of the facility which instilled a great deal of confidence in us that our Airstream would be in good hands. Patty went above and beyond when registering us and the entire process was fast and seamless. They also offer great added services like a 3rd party wash service that will be very handy I'm sure. It becomes very evident early on that this facility is owned and operated by some very good, caring professionals. I highly recommend Valley Indoor Storage to anyone looking for a top notch storage facility.

The climate control and staff were great. I needed a temporary storage unit as I transitioned to a new home. The price was great. The customer service was great as well. They seemed very grateful for the business. They have flat carts you can pick up in the office and borrow, which was vey helpful. The powerful air conditioner kept the entire warehouse nice and cool. That was the best. The unit is measured by cubic feet and I did notice that a 5x10 unit I had at public storage was bigger in width and length. This was the only downfall as it was a significant difference compared to their 5x10. If I need storage I will probably return to us storage. The climate control and customer service were fantastic. Also it was very clean! One last comment, is that I did only have interaction with the office so I don’t know the diversity of the entire staff. I hope that there are people of color on the staff, as that does matter to the businesses I want to support. Thank you so much Patty and David!
