Greg is always very professional and helpful. We have had some issues with the bank being slow to get payment to US storage, but it has only been a few times. Greg has always been helpful with this issue and it always gets resolved. He is very personable and kind.

Greg is amazing, I came from out of town , he assured me he will take care of me and he delivered. He personally took me on a tour of the property, showed me several units and then honored the price posted. He checked on me on moving day, loan a dolly, 110% accommodations. Highly recommend US Storage. Greg, the onsite manager, was very helpful to guide me through the storage rental process and answer any questions. He takes a genuine interest in the customers renting storage and played a role in why I chose this facility. US Storage also had competitive and simple pricing, unlike some of the other storage companies I visited before. Facility is well maintained.
