Brent was very nice, I liked that I also got the first 2 months half off after sign on. I had a question about an email when I went in, and he explained it. He is very patient and will answer any question you have. I have been quite a few times and it's clean and easy to get in.. security is everywhere which I like as well! Definitely recommend!

I'm so glad I found US Storage. The manager, Brett, is awesome! Brett worked with me to get the best deal possible on a rental unit and answered all of my questions. I feel safe when I go to drop off or pick up from my unit. I would recommend to anyone to go to US Storage

I’m extremely disappointed in this business. I was in a time crunch and had to get a place quickly. They signed me up and everything on the front end went smooth. My only day off was Sunday and I planned to get everything moved in that morning. I rented a truck and trailer to haul all of my boxes to load into the storage unit. As we were right in time to beat the rain we were stopped because the gate wouldn’t open. The gate was completely broken. There I sat with all of my stuff ready to go and couldn’t even get in. No one was working. The non emergency number took my complaint and said I would hear from someone soon because she had marked it an “emergency”. No one ever called or came. I sat for almost a hour and the rain began. I had to leave and now my belongings are soaked and the boxes are ruined. Hours later when a worker showed up and I explained the complete inconvenience that they had caused, he did not care. He did nothing to rectify the situation. Instead I got my money back and returned the lock. I had the unit all of two days, never put one item in and he did nothing to keep me as a client. Didn’t even say sorry about the hassle or anything. Needless to say it has been a rough day and I will NEVER use this company again.

Karen was great! She showed us all the options we had with a really friendly attitude and helped us pick the right option for our storage needs. Plus this location is great because it has a free truck you can use to help with moving stuff in. Would recommend coming here for your convenient storage needs.
