Great facility! Very glad I found US storage center. I needed a first floor space on the same day and Shana had me in a space within 30 minutes. Friendly service, safe and secure. Five stars.

I had the opportunity to rent a storage unit today and worked with Keisha Ferguson. She was very efficient and kind and made the process very seamless. However when I returned the following week, I noticed my storage unit was flooded. The other woman there who I spoke to, was rude and disrespectful. It was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. I then called as I wanted to change units and was given an attitude, as if I was being an inconvenience. While the following situations was not Keisha, and she should not be held accountable the other staff members there were awful and if I was a business owner, I would be appalled by how they speak and treat their customers.

I am a new customer. I'm relocating from another facility. The staff here has been very friendly and knowledgeable about storage needs. Pricing and size of units are very reasonable. Shana was very nice and polite. Thank you again for kindness!!

UPDATE: Taking this down to 1 star because of the terrible customer service after moving out. They couldn't record my move out date on the actual date I moved out because the manager wasn't there. I was told I would get a call the following Tuesday and never got it. I called and both women in the office were rude about it saying it takes time. I gave them a full week. Then, because I prepaid, I am due a refund. I moved out on June 29 and still have not seen the refund (8/19). When I called, Keisha didn't seem to understand why I was due a refund and then told me I can take 60-90 days to get... seems quite a bit long. Then, as I went to ask a question she hung up on me. I called back and she won't answer. Terrible customer service. A piece of advice - do not prepay for anything because you will never see your money back. Great experience moving in with the free truck! Units are clean and well maintained. Shana was very friendly and helpful with getting our unit.
