The assistant property manager jekera was so polite she was professional, friendly, and accommodating she really convinced me after all the storage units I went to this one is the most affordable, and clean storage center I’ve been too. This Storage center is by far better to me.

Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail really made the experience top-notch. I had used the storage facility prior to US Storage taking over, and left because the rental costs were rising significantly. Fast forward to recently when I compared local storage companies, and US Storage beat the competition by at least $30/month. Quite a remarkable turnaround from "worst to first"!

DO NOT PAY TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE UP HERE. THEY HAVE A THEFT WHO THINKS THIS IS PICK AND PULL. They broke into our truck and stole the radio, speakers, and Ignition. Then they started taking the lug nuts off to come back for the tires. In the worst part, US Storage will not review the cameras and is not taking responsibility for any of it. Told us we had to file it on our insurance. So Basically we pay them to store our truck so it could be a pick-and-pull item.
