If you are looking to rent a unit here do it. Feel very safe and comfortable renting here and it’s easy to load and unload your items. Other units are very friendly which is nice to have and people are always willing to help you if you need it. Jen the property manager keeps it cleaned, organized, and she is so helpful with anything you need. Plus she always greets you with a hello and smile. Great facility and highly recommend!

I am a residential organizer and have a number of clients with storage units in the Twin Cities. This is by far the nicest I have worked in. I feel safe working alone there, it is clean and well lit, I love the indoor loading docks (I have never had to wait for a space inside), the bathroom is clean and has paper towels and toilet paper, doors going in and out of the facility are secure, garage doors have very high clearance, and even the loading area is heated. Very comfortable. Friendly, hard-working, manager. I wish I could move all my clients' storage units to this facility!

Very clean and secure. I was safely able to load, and unload my belongings without being afraid of being alone while there. The motion and light sensors helped me feel secure (a well as the 5 star surveillance that’s there). Janice and the entire staff makes you feel safe and at home and I’d sensitive to your moving needs (Janice if the best 🙂). I would give 10 stars but they only allow 5.

I am glad I chose this place to store. Janice went above and beyond to help me find a unit that worked for me and my budget! PJ was extremely helpful and both of them provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is something that most storage places are lacking. The facility is clean and well kept and secure!
