I took a Friend to put their items. In storage. I was really impressed with the cleanest of the facility. I am moving soon and I will be using USA STORAGE CENTERS. I was also very impressed with Jamil North the maintenance manager. He was very helpful and professional.

The women is RUDE, IMPATIENT AND HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. Lol like do you understand I came to spend money!!??? I’ll be going ANYWHERE ELSE NOW. And this is not my 1st time having an encounter with her and being rude.

Had problem with online reservation and printing out the contraction. Gwen was very helpful with the process and got everything done for me. I rented outdoor unit and it was very clean. The outdoor facility itself is very clean and well kept. Very pleased with the unit and a friendly service.

I chose this storage facility for one reason which was the price. I was originally going to go back to Public Space or some other major brand. Now that I’m at the facility the former property manager left abruptly and before he left and before I moved in he gave me another unit to move in rather than what was given to me online so no questions asked I went with it. Now that he’s gone and a new person (Dawn) is in his spot she’s trying to make me pay a higher rate than I originally agreed because she said it was given to me in error and I’ve now been there for 3 months. Since it’s not my fault I don’t think I should have to do either of those things and they should just call it a wash because of their screw up. Also I could have gone to a major brand who’s outdoor facility is clean where I don’t have to sweep trash and leaves from my unit door every time I visit, has pest control and me not have to treat the spiders and lizards that has ran from my unit when I let up the door, and at least have a phone number in their contact us section instead of typing a memo knowing that you won’t hear from anyone. They say the cheap way out isn’t always the best way out and I see what they mean by that because I should have kept my things at public storage or went to Extra Space instead.

Manager was AMAZING. So helpful and sweet. Wasn’t able to fix a wardrobe box in my car but thankful management was able to assist.me. They’re Low on supplies but very cleaned and friendly environment.
