This RV park used to be a Encore/Thousand Trails park. For years it operated under this company an like many companies who get to big; they no longer invest money for upkeep. Too, after Covid happened EVERYTHING changed. So with that news, Thousand Trails said this is an underperforming park so they pulled out. Put it up for sale, an it has changed hands. It is now a privately owned, family park. The owner has hired wonderful managers who are kind, helpful an knowledgeable. The owner is hoping to convert this park into a long term park of which there are not too many which are spacious like this one. I do hope they are able to maybe improve the tiny dog pen, but otherwise this is a ideal spot to sit & rest if you have been traveling an need a break. There is much to do all round Benson an this park Benson RV Estates is kinda centrally located to it all! See: Benson, Wilcox, St David, Tombstone, Sierra Vista, Wine country to the East an of course Tucson.

I can not even begin to say how COMPLETELY disappointed I am about this park being removed from Tousand Trails. I ADORED this place and loved that it was a day trip to Chiracaua National moument and Cochise strong hold! I TRULY hope the decision is reconsidered. I missed my summer trip there this year and now am heartbroken!

We spent 5 nights here as we travel cross country from California. Everyone was friendly & helpful. The spots were large. The grounds were neat & clean. The restrooms and showers were very clean. The pool and hot tub area was nice and great for relaxing. Scott had perfect recommendations for day trips and motorcycle rides. Scott was also great for conversation and more than happy to help with any needs. The park is in a good location to take a drive to Tombstone, Bisbee & Chiricahua National Monument.

Great RV park. Well maintained and part of our 1000 trail camping package. We had a nice RV site on top of the hill near a dry river bed. It was close enough to Tombstone and Bisbee which was the reason of our stay. A small dog park and all the RV park amenities one would expect. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We came down to Benson from Peoria, AZ for vacation for the first time to check out the caves. We enjoyed our stay at this campground. It was clean and well organized. The other campers that we met were friendly, and the area was quite for the most part - no barking dogs, and being 55+ it's all adults on-site. There is a pool, hot tub and lawn games. The only drawback to staying in the area in general, is that it's fairly close to the train tracks. There are trains running all hours of the day, especially throughout the evening when they are sounding their horn which woke me up countless times. My wife didn't mind the train horn, but I had a hard time sleeping so after 4 days I was a little drained from lack of having good sleep.

Very clean and well maintained, of the best Encore resorts we have been to in the country. The staff are great and accommodating, really care and want to solve problems. Packages are handled well and without an added fee. The sites are very level with crushed rocks. Great view of the mountains to the North. Easy to access from I-10 and a quick jaunt to Tombstone.

Nice desert camping. Nothing fancy, but they did have a great hot tub and pool. We stayed in April which is a slower time for the area and that made it nice so we could enjoy the pool & hot tub on our own. We didn't run into any issues and would stay again if we were in the area

Always a first stop headed east from Phoenix. Clean place, friendly staff. I'm a 1000 Trails member, so it costs me nothing... Still a nice little RV park though. :-)
