Located in Vance, Alabama, the park sits within a transition zone between rural charm and industrial development. Its position provides direct access to Interstate 20/59, making it a highly practical stop for long-haul travelers moving between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. The surroundings are largely wooded and modest, offering a secluded feel despite the proximity to the highway. This balance allows guests to enjoy a quiet evening while remaining within reach of necessary regional services.

The facility is equipped to handle modern RV needs with essential infrastructure. Guests can expect full hookup sites that support various RV sizes and configurations. The park layout is designed for ease of entry and exit, accommodating larger rigs that require extra maneuvering space. A short drive toward Tuscaloosa brings visitors to the University of Alabama campus and the rich history of the Bryant-Denny Stadium area. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the nearby Black Warrior River for fishing and boating opportunities. Furthermore, the proximity to Birmingham allows for quick day trips to explore the city’s industrial heritage sites, diverse dining scene, and regional museums located just a few miles north.
Who This Park Is Best For
This RV park is best suited for commuters and traveling professionals who need a reliable, quiet place to stay while working in the Vance or Tuscaloosa area. We lived here for over a year and my brother and niece are living here also. The owner,Larry, treats you like a friend. After my wife had a surgery and I was at work, she wasn’t able to answer her phone. I called Larry. He dropped everything and went to our camper to check on her. I highly recommend this Park if you’re looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay for a short time or a long time
