We stayed here in our RV. Quiet RV park. They have pickles, Ball, and 2 Bocce court. A small workout room. Several different clubs. The park is clean, and the sites are generous. They are level with a small cement patio. The rest of the site is red rock. They are dog friendly. Somethings to know: you are walking distance to a restaurant. There is a Circle K gas station and a Dollar Store within a 1/4 of a mile. You are out of town, but that was fine by us. If you want internet at your site you need to rent a modem at the office. It is not a daily rental. You rent it for a month. The park is 55+. We would stay here again.

We are looking forward to spending the summer at this great RV park. Residents are very friendly and the place has lots of clubs to join. Close to town and the stores

What an Awsome place for a summer retreat, we are Thousand Trails members. This is our first time here, the entire staff are friendly and accommodating. they have weekly food trucks on Fridays. They do not have a pool, but you get free use of the city aquatic center just down the road. VERIZON works great here.

PARK HAS NOT HAD A PARK MANAGER FOR 3 YEARS, THUS ANY PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS FROM 3 YRS TO NOW HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED. PARK ROADS NEED REPAIR, ELECTRICAL NEEDS UPDATING, SPEEDING ISSUES CONTINUE. NEW SIGNS WERE PLANNED WITH ETCHED STREET SPEED INFO ONTO PAVEMENT, THE LAST MANAGER QUIT AND TOOK THE ONLY OTHER REAL EXPERIENCED PERSON WITH HER. I HAVE HEARD ITS A REAL CHALLENGE FOR MANAGERS TO OBTAIN FUNDING FROM ABOVE FOR NEEDED IMPROVEMENTS, BUT AT THE SAME TIME OUR ANNUAL FEES CONTINUE TO INCREASE EACH YEAR. KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW 3 YEARS AGO WOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY DIFICULT DECISION. IF I COULD SELL MY UNIT FOR WHAT I PAID 3 YEARS AGO TODAY, I WOULD HAVE TO SAY SOLD. SINCE THE LAST MANAGER QUIT, THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTEY NO COMMUNICATIONS FROM UPPER MANAGMENT. I CALLED THE OFFICE MANY, MANY TIMES WITH NO ANSWER AT THE PARK. GOT REALLY CONCERNED SO I CALLED THE POLICE DEPT TO INVESTGATE IF ANYONE AT THE PARK. THEY MADE CONTACT WITH SOMEONE AND ALL THEY COULD TELL WAS NOTHING HAS CHANGED. NO MANAGMENT AND NO IMPROVEMENTS MADE AT THE PARK. YEAH, THIS MADE ME FEEL MUCH BETTER. I HOPE ALL THE OTHER PARK MODEL OWNERS FEEL DISGUSTED LIKE I DO?

Came to VI for 4 nights in our RV in Oct 24. Upon arrival at 3:30pm the office was closed. Instructions where to get check in paperwork left on door. Next day we went to collect some shipping packages to find office closed at Opening time. We could see the office from our site. We called the numbers provided and got no responses. Finally saw what turned out to be two maintenance men. Who told us they were only staff left, everyone else had gone for the season. We weren't told 10/31 was the end of season (it's 10/22!) when we reserved So, all staff gone and maintenance have no viable phone, they were shut off. So the delivery was made according to UPS, all the men could find was the smaller of the packages. My prescriptions were gone! Googled owners only to get the never ending vile voice asking for first 3 letters of person I wanted to speak to. We are still on a limb. Waiting to speak with a TT manager today. I wish I could give a negative score!

We put another roof on the park last Tuesday. Everything went as planned and my team had Everything completed in 5 hours. Customer satisfaction is our goal and we delivered once again.

Arrived early on a crazy windy day. Camphost greeted me promptly and was very helpful guiding me into my assigned spot. Fenced and grassy pet area. Also good walking area outside the fence in the pines or on the sidewalk. Showers and laundry were very clean. Walked the park with my dog, beautifully kept, all the homes look cared for.

This park is predominantly occupied by full time residents in manufactured homes. All are very well kept and the common grounds are immaculate. The bathrooms and showers are equally pristine and function perfectly. Depending on your parking spot, you may find yourself nestled between the manufactured home residences. The spots are earth and rock with a small concrete pad. When it rains heavily, leveling gets challenging because the ground gets very soft. Hook ups worked well for water, sewer and 50 amp electrical. We had some difficulty checking in after 5pm because our name was not on the check in board. A helpful employee who was leaving for the day was instrumental in getting us connected to the camp host who was very kind. The location of the park is excellent and the evenings are quiet. Nice place to camp in the beautiful Show Low area.
