Kiddos to 2 of the full time residents who repotted the huge pots around the pool!! Their efforts were tireless and now the pool deck looks polished without the overgrown palms! Pool, hot tubs and pickle ball courts are in good condition but nothing nearby to visit!

Rv park is terrible. Dirt for lawns. Stickers in Every lawn. Ants and bugs. Rats . The new manager has never introduced herself to the people who pay her wage. Doesn't get back to you if anything happens. Expensive park for what you get. Spent five months there and can't find to many people who are happy. The park has gone form a 5 to a 2. They cater to the French Canadian. If you have a disability don't think they will follow the disability act. We where treated so unfairly. I would hope you stay away.

Just got there when we found out my Mom was dying. They are a wonderful place to stay and very compassionate 🙏❤️. Thank you for calling and checking on me ❤️ that meant so much to me!! We will be back after we get done with the funeral and such. 🙏😥

Pull through was hindered by electric panel. Spaces extremely small with narrow, cracked concrete pad. The grass had died so the narrow pad was surrounded by dirt. Little sign of maintenance and no visible security staff. Roads were good for bike riding. Pickleball courts were very nice and the people were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed breakfast and brunch at the restaurant with Dave’s Omelette. Check in was nonexistent. We had to call to get our space number. When we went back to office for packet we were amused by the 30+ page rule book. Would not return to park.

This was the second time we have been to this RV park, and we will definitely be back! Beautiful park, well kept, nice pool, nice big dog park. It is very nice having a restaurant on-site, although the food and service were just so-so when we were there. We will try it again though, next time. A fresh produce vendor comes in every Friday with a huge selection and great prices. Lots of amenities and friendly permanent residents.

Not a big tourism 5 Star hotel but my review is for the experience only, keep that in mind. Kudos to the girl at the front desk upon my check in, nice, well mannered, engaged with client and empathetic but at checking out there was a different girl at the front desk, very skinny with raspy and yet high pitched tone of voice trashing somebody over the phone while talking to me and cost this place 1 star in my review because she was too rude, impersonal, indifferent, treated me like if I was below her status and was there merely to fill the position rather than working for the customer satisfaction, seriously what a shame!. The room was good just a little outdated but clean, has a little kitchenette and a breafast table and a fridge. The carpets could use a cleaning but the rest was very clean, the bed was great and comfortable. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast in their lobby next to the check in/out area however they also serve a breakfast buffet at their restaurant but you have to pay for this one but is worth every penny, good breakfast and great service at this restaurant! The Victoria Palms is a very good place to stay, highly recommended just hope you don't have to encounter the rude person at check in/out!

Beware- this place is managed by a bunch of shysters. I made reservations a year before for three new trailer park models. When my friends arrived they were told they didn't get those spots because somebody else was willing to pay more and they put them in alternate spots. Wouldn't it have been nice if Victoria Palms would have called them ahead of time and told them they no longer could get the sites that they thought they had rented for the season. There was no remorse expressed other than they could legally do that per some small clause at the back of the agreement. Of course, the ability to change was never mentioned when the reservation was booked. They left you with the impression that it was the site you were going to get. Pictures were taken of all the sites so that people could plan what items to bring.

This resort is clean, fun, and the hidden secret… the people that stay here. Very memorable, and… yes we will be back!

Booked a suite in December 2021 and told management that I was flying in for 2 weeks and wanted to be by my friends who were down for a months stay beings I would be by myself and no vehicle. They booked me a room 2 doors down from my friends. Upon arrival they gave me a room 4 rows back and not close to my friends as requested. I was not happy about it. The manager Tony states he gave me an upgrade ( which was not true). Needless to say I won't be back. Always liked the other manager Judy but this new guy is all about the money and heck with the customer.

Went for Sunday brunch. Excellent! You only have to eat one meal for the day. Only $12.95 All you can eat ( and probably more than you should) Over 110,000 omelets made!
