This prime location allows visitors to enjoy the local dining and entertainment scene while remaining close to essential services like major retailers and specialized RV repair shops.

Amenities & Park Features

The park is thoughtfully designed with modern RV needs in mind, featuring full hookup sites that accommodate both 30 and 50-amp electrical requirements. Guests can benefit from paved interior roads, level pads, and designated pet-friendly areas for those traveling with four-legged companions. Essential facilities such as modern restrooms, private showers, and a dedicated laundry room ensure a comfortable stay, while on-site cable and Wi-Fi help travelers stay connected during their journey.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to the Sparks Marina Park, which offers scenic walking trails and various water activities. For those seeking excitement, the world-class casinos and eclectic nightlife of Reno are only a short drive down the road. Additionally, the park serves as a fantastic gateway to regional gems like the stunning Lake Tahoe and the historic mining streets of Virginia City, providing endless day-trip opportunities for history buffs and nature lovers alike.

I had to review dates to see why I owe rent sooner than expected. Every year we paid for 2 months of rent space. After 9 years you lose 1 day each year. Rent is every 28 days...if you add up the difference of each month, the extra days add up to 29. After 9 years it's short by 1 day a each year. We should only owe the 9 days and should put us back to even. But the ppl in the office disagree and can't figure it out. Now I'm loosing the 9 days and they want to charge me late fees because I can only pay on the first or so. Not sure what has changed as we have done this every year without a problem. not hard to figure out.

This is a wonderful place to live. I felt safe, my neighbors were kind, and the management is excellent. She even took a call with my insurance company months later to verify my dates. When I was staying there management was clear about charges and fees and I was never blind sided. The laundry machines and showers work well. Absolutely worth the price 10/10 would stay again.

I have been staying here since February of 2022. Most of the residents are long-term residents, so there is an atmosphere of community. It is not in a great area, and anyone can walk or drive in at any time, and the security cameras are not able to capture plate numbers or useful identification for anyone coming or going. I recently had a car slam into my rv and they sped off before I could get their plate or see the car well. Even mediocre security cameras should be able to record the car and plate number. I am not concerned about security from the other residents, but given the neighborhood there is too much of a security risk from people that are not residents for me to recommend this park. Ownership is well aware of this problem and it could be (and have been) easily corrected with upgraded security cameras. Numerous residents have had bike thefts (including myself) and the thieves just walk right out without anyone being able to ID them due to the limitations of the cameras.

Some tenants have removed clothes from dryer in laundry room before time expires just to hop on by adding coins. All so they dont have to pay for a full cycle. Quality people here.

The park is ok. Very tight and limited space though. My biggest complaint is nobody is ever in the office. If you need to get your mail, pay rent, get quarters or need anything from the very limited convenience store you are sad out of luck. Mail is important and people need it in a timely fashion but they don't seem to care. Also don't count on wifi, It doesn't work! For long term it is considerably over priced.

I stayed here in 2017 for 5 months. It was clean, and the bathrooms have showers. Use your key fob to access them after hour's. They also had a small dog park with tools to pick up after your dogs. The staff was helpful and polite. They also have a small convenience store that sells single serve cans of pop, ice cream, and candy they even sell some items for rv. Very useful when you find yourself in a pinch

This RV park is a quiet, quaint retreat tucked away in the heart of Sparks. It is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The property manager, Kelsey, creates a warm family like environment and keeps everything running efficiently above and beyond all expectations. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to park rv and stay for a long or little while.

My husband and I needed a place to stop with our 33' RV and 2 dogs while visiting family. Victorian RV Park is clean, quiet, well maintained and the grass is beautiful. Hookups are 50amps however they had put an adapter so we just had our regular hookup. They are very dog friendly. We parked in spot 54 and there was a nice large size piece of real grass compared to any other RV Park. The staff Kelsey was very polite, kind and went out her way to assist us. They do have a lot of permanent tenants but they are very quite and keep their area clean and very nice looking. I would recommend Victorian RV Park to anyone. Everything is close. We were in our RV so we did not use the parks bathrooms or laundry
