Hidden gem of storage auctions

Female manager is very rude and unprofessional. Do not sign up for autopay I closed my storage and they continued to charge my card the next month. I brought it to their attention and they are giving me the run around about my refund saying that the system is down. On top of that the office smells horrible and they hardly ever answer the phone.
