Vieira's Resort MHP

Overview

Vieira's Resort MHP offers a quintessential California Delta experience for travelers seeking a waterfront escape. Situated directly along the Sacramento River, this destination blends a long-standing mobile home community with dedicated space for RV enthusiasts. It is known for its relaxed, riverside atmosphere where the pace of life slows down to match the gentle current of the water. Visitors often come here to enjoy the historic charm of the Delta while having direct access to one of the most famous waterways in the state.

Location & Surroundings

The park is tucked away in Isleton, CA, a small town famous for its rich history and deep agricultural roots. The surroundings are dominated by the winding river channels and lush levee roads that define the region. Because it is positioned on the banks of the Sacramento River, guests are treated to cooling breezes and scenic views of passing boats and local wildlife. It serves as a gateway to the broader Delta region, offering a landscape that feels worlds away from the busy metropolitan areas of Northern California.

Amenities & Park Features

Designed with water lovers in mind, the park features a private boat launch and guest docks, making it easy to get on the river within minutes. Anglers appreciate the well-stocked on-site bait and tackle shop, which provides the essentials for a day of fishing. For comfort, the resort includes standard conveniences like laundry facilities and clean restrooms. The presence of a general store ensures that guests can pick up snacks and supplies without needing to leave the peaceful grounds of the resort.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Beyond the park gates, the California Delta offers a wealth of exploration. Just a short drive away is the historic town of Isleton, where you can explore unique architecture and local eateries. Nature lovers can visit the nearby Brannan Island State Recreation Area for hiking and bird watching. For those who enjoy a slower pace, the surrounding countryside features several local wineries and fruit stands. The primary draw remains the river itself, offering endless opportunities for salmon and striped bass fishing.

Who This Park Is Best For

This resort is an ideal match for avid anglers and boaters who want to maximize their time on the water. Its direct river access and specialized amenities cater specifically to the fishing community. It is also a great fit for travelers looking for a no-frills, authentic Delta experience rather than a modern luxury resort. If you enjoy a community-oriented environment where the main attraction is the natural beauty of the river and a quiet afternoon on the dock, this park will feel like home.

It is a cute spot. Probably better when it's warmer. It rained the whole weekend. May go back in summer months

I've driven by here so many times, I always thought it was a private resort. I stopped by on a whim and so glad I did. We launched in the morning for a nice day out in the water. After a long day we came back and enjoyed a couple of Micheladas at the little restaurant on site. The food was great and the service awesome. they also have a nice little bait and tackle shop that carries plenty of bait and or tackle. Highly recommend it. I'll be back for sure.

I don’t expect much from this place at all but during the trip we had to chance to stop somewhere else because of the car condition. But I was impressed how friendly they were and one of the guys helped us out with wheel. Took 1 star because room was not perfectly cleaned.

We have been camping here for the last couple years. Highly recommended. The staff is great. The restaurant is wonderful and if you have a boat, not a problem.

Cabins are a bit older, the resort in general is not that exciting. But it's fine for what you pay for to camp off the Sacramento River. Be sure to bring your own water toys or other entertainment.

Great service. Cabins are perfect. Clean roomy a/c heater, ' fridge, stove, microwave, general store with good selection of food. Fishing supplies that are used to catch the local fish. It's at the rivers edge. Has a ramp, dock and fuel. And a restaurant Give them a call. 5 stars.

My family and I absolutely love this place. We rent a cabin every year, around this time of year. The rooms here are very clean, the staff members are friendly & helpful. The scenery is absolutely beautiful.

This is our second time in a month staying here in Cabin 1! The resort is lovely and peaceful, with onsite bait shop and Mexican restaurant. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable, with a little kitchen, dinette and large fridge. The property is well taken care of and the lady at the front desk is a gem… taking very good care of us with checking! We also met the property owner who made sure our cabin was ready and turned on the heat! The location to town and the Delta is perfect!
