We actually lived in this dump for a couple years and just moved a couple months ago. After a couple years of being lied to about having central heating and air. We just about burning up in summer and freezing to death in the winter. Living in one room. In the first winter we was there, to keep from freezing to death I even put my son in a group home. And to get the trailer under pinned we actually took old mattress and put up around the trailer. And our statement was going to be if anybody said one word, we was going to say what the landlord told us “ you don’t like it, move on.” I dared them to say one word to me. After living there 2 months our rent went went up $60.00 because we was paying for Zach’s legal screw ups. Then to top it all off. In my son’s bathroom I had to keep a ice cream bucket over a a electrical outlet just in case he peed on it, because it didn’t have a cover and was sticking up out of the floor with exposed wire. So there’s no safety around the place not even a fire extinguisher. I would love to be able to post pictures of all the electrical outlets that was a danger for my special needs son. So before you move into this Hell hole take it from someone who has already been there. DON’T DO IT!!!! Thank You Christina Branon

Is your average everyday trailer park not much to say in the name of a trailer park

We were paying them to rent a trailer. And they said that they were going to be cutting down all of the trees that were near mobile homes but they only cut maybe 3 out of the 5 to 10 trees that are there. And then a tree limb fell onto the trailer that I was living in and it punched a hole in it and they would not even come and look at it and when it rained a small trickle of water would run out of the ceiling onto a light fixture. And I was afraid that it was going to start a fire because water and electricity doesn't mix well. I have a video of the water coming out of the ceiling too. Also the front door floor area had a rotten spot and they were aware of it because my wife sent pictures to them and they still didn't fix it.

There's a new owner that's really spending money in it and making sure everything is fixed. He said he wi not put a family in a unlivable home. I'm waiting on my 3 bedroom
