If you own a big rig you should consider passing on this place. We called ahead and told them that we have a 44 ft long fifth wheel, which is towed by a pickup truck, so the overall length is 63 ft. We were told that they could accommodate us. Upon arrival, visual inspection revealed that we could barely fit into their driveway. The turns to go down isles were far too sharp, and far too narrow. And if that weren't enough, they have trees with branches hanging into the 14 foot high zone, so they would make contact with our rig. All told it was a disaster. Fortunately, just up the road, there is a casino that has RV parking, for free, but no hookups.

We liked our stay here! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The spots are equipped with everything you need (FHU). Bathrooms little old but clean. We would stay here again as it is perfect for transit on the south-north route.

It was an ok place to stay for one night. The park could use a little work. The electrical hook up was a little sketchy. But it did work. Definitely use a surge protector. It was quiet. Spaces were tight.

Very well located and nicely maintained. The sites tree shaded.

They make it really easy to find their place and get a spot after hours. Not too noisy, even though it’s close to the highway.

Great stopover point for us. It was very simple to book, get ourselves checked in hooked up. It’s very flat, parking lot style with lots of room for slide outs. They have a dog park. Very simple but easy stay. Thanks.

The rv park was clean and quaint. There after hour checkbin instructions were easy to follow. The sites had picnic tables and a board for your table to bbq. We enjoyed our stay. The site size were good too.

Sites are very close together. They are FHU. Only about 7 to 9 of the total sites are 50amp. Rest are 30amp. Roads in park can be tight, we had trouble getting past an F350 work truck that wasn't pulled very far into his site. Also, the trees need to be trimed along road and in sites to ensure they don't hit RVs. Rain Rock Casino is about a mile up the road. We went there to eat and the food was very bad. Don't recommend eating there.

Basically headed S on I 5 and needed a place for the night with hookups for my 25' class C. It was perfect. They take drop ins, are very polite, and have the basic amenities of hookups and propane and a few snacks in the office. Showers cost 25 cents for 3 minutes, which was totally worth it, and the clothes dryer was 2 dollars for 1 hour. As everyone else has said, the spots are small, but adequate.

We were met immediately when we drove in and escorted to our spot by a very friendly employee. Our dog got a present which consisted of a couple treats and some doggy waste bags. Nice dog park. There looked like many long term renters. Grounds will kept. Our power didn't work and owner was right there to help us and got us hoaked up to another power unit. Close to I-5 and good place for an overnight.
