Stayed for one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Very good location near burney falls and a very friendly owner/manager. He made us feel at home and graciously gave us a ride to the trailhead as we'd reached late.

We loved this campground! We stayed 5 nights in a deluxe cabin with our boys (13 & 17). They enjoyed playing ping pong in the rec room and walking the trail down to the bay. The cabin had most things we needed during our stay and was clean and well kept. Hedges around the cabin and sites provide privacy for almost every site. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this KOA!

Our first time at this KOA. The sites were nice. The kids enjoyed the playground. The dog area was small but nice. Restrooms, showers and laundry on site. Had to reposition the trailer to access all of the full hookups. Not is the standard locations, but was manageable. Small hiking trail down to the river.

This was a really nice place to stay during our trip to the area. Close to Yachats, beaches, and sightseeing spots to the south and Newport to the north. The back in site with the hedges on each side was really nice. Store wasn’t well stocked and staff was helpful and friendly. Campground was very clean and well taken care of. Would love to stay here again.

Great location. Stayed here for 2 nights to explore the glorious Oregon Coastline. We had Site Number 1 which was excellent as it was opposite the store and washrooms. Had a nature walk down to the beach. Only disadvantage was the road noise.

Quite a roller coaster with this one, it had its ups and downs. On one hand the grounds are meticulously maintained, groomed daily. Wonderful private showers and restrooms, excellent beach access and a little hike, abounding scenic views of Waldport and the bridge and a little 24-hour laundromat. And on the flip-side for my entire month long visit im not sure if the store was ever open, only the west-facing three restrooms were ever open, the laundromat doesn't supply its own quarters and offers no real place to sit or fold laundry properly. If you hope to have something mailed to you; Amazon for example, i was dissuaded under the assumption that fed-ex was the only parcel service to deliver however the UPS van made several visits There is also a long and often convoluted set of very specific rules; my favorite being "please don't rinse sand off yourself in our bathrooms", curiously this makes no mention of washing it off someone else. They certainly offer a; unique experience, and i would return for its easy access and scenic views alone.

This is a wonderful little campground. There is a path down to the water that is nice for just about anyone to to walk on not too steep and easy on the knees. It's quiet at night no road noise my only complaint is that they want quiet time to be 10 pm and we are up late campers so we had our fire going well until midnight. We were quiet an had no complaints. not really sure if summer time is strick on the 10 pm quiet time and if that means no more fires but we sure hope not. We plan on camping here many more times thru out the years ahead. Thank you for making check in so easy for us after hours.

Friendly staff and very clean campground. Our site was a level pull thru separated by other sites with a large hedge. Convenient to the beach, restaurants in the area and hiking trails. We heard Hwy 101 traffic most of the time. The septic at our site did not drain well because the level was too high. Signage coming from the north is very difficult to see so look carefully or you'll have to turn around after you go over the bridge.
