Awful manager. The monthly prices seem reasonable but it’s impossible to get a spot. They have spots, they just don’t have a manager who cares about doing his job. He is rarely in the office and rarely answers the phone. We filled out an application, we were all set and ready to go, and at the last minute he tells us actually he doesn’t have a spot for us leaving me without a place for my childcare provider to park.

The sign says "open 24 hours" but this is simply not true. I parked my car at 12pm and returned at 8pm when I finsuebd work to find the gate locked. I called the number posted and the manager very rudely told me I'd "just have to wait for someone with a pass to come by and be let in." Hours later, I was finally let in by someone with a monthly pass. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not park here unless you plan on getting a monthly pass I guess. There's another lot right down the street that is actually 24hours.

I park my car here with a monthly pass - it's reasonably priced ($205/month) when compared to other garages in the area, but it's very difficult to get in touch with management for issues. The manager is rarely in his office, and takes days to respond to inquiries. The garage itself is also not very well maintained. I'd recommend this garage if you're looking to park monthly solely based on price or location, but would probably recommend looking elsewhere if you're willing to spend a little bit more.

If you have a long vehicle do not attempt to park here. I have a 2015 Ram with the short bed and I could not make the turn to go up to the second level. I called the number left on the attendant booth and explained my situation to them and the guy said he would let me out. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. I had to pay $10.00 to pull in the garage and immediately pull out.

DO NOT PARK HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOUR CAR WIL BE DAMAGED. The garage is poorly maintained, floors falling apart. the turns are so tight- many cars that park in this garage are scratched and dented from parking in here. Management will not respond to you. Very dangerous at night parking on the roof with no lights.
