We’ve stayed at plenty of "town campgrounds" before, but this one truly stands in a league of its own. Here’s why we loved it: • The Pool Area: Honestly, the pool was the highlight of our stay. It’s sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and felt like a private oasis. It was the perfect place to cool off and unwind after a long day of travel. • The Community: The people here—both the staff and the fellow campers—are incredibly welcoming. There’s a genuine, friendly vibe that makes you feel like part of the neighborhood the moment you pull into your slip. • Unbeatable Location: You get the best of both worlds here. You’re close to everything you need in town (groceries, gas, and local eats), yet the park itself stays peaceful. It’s rare to find a spot this accessible that doesn’t feel "busy." The Bottom Line: For a town campground, this place is absolutely amazing. It’s well-manicured, safe, and has all the amenities you actually want. We’ll definitely be making Walnut RV Park a regular stop on our routes!

We traveled cross-country and this is the friendliest Rv park we have stayed with! It’s so central to everything you’d want to do in Los Angeles (we came here for work in filming) and walkable to so much in Northridge too. Amanda, Miriam, Augustine, Clint and Kelly are so friendly and just make staying here peaceful and fun. It’s close to everything but very quiet. They have a pool and vintage clubhouse with old Hollywood feel that has seating, books and a coffee bar too. Thanks!

Firstly, A HUGE thank you to the staff of Walnut RV. Augustine was most mornings the first person I interacted with on my way to my car and always had a warm smile and a good morning to begin my day. Thank you to the office staff Amanda D and Amanada T, Mariam, and Clint for providing guest service. I was in this park for about 18 months and every time I had a question or concern they made it happen for me. The amenities (pool and laundry room) is great. It is easy to recieve packages or have them delivered to your site. The location is great with Costco and a mall in walking distance. I never had an issue with the hook ups and the staff communicates far in advance if there will be a disturbance with city maintenance. Thank you team for taking care of family and I during our stay.

Just got off the phone with Meriam The parks Camp Host. And what a kind and professional person she is. Answered all my questions and with patience, consideration, and made me feel like this would be a great place to stay. So, just some background. I am a retired RV Park owner with a degree in hospitality. And Meriam does text book perfect customer service in a way that makes the customer feel special and cared for. I hope the owners of Walnut RV truly know what an asset this employee is. Meriam is Gold.

Worst experience. Been there 7 months and then they kick you out after 6 months for 2 days, according to THEIR policy, but don't care about law until it suits them. They only care about Foreigners and not Americans according to Amanda, the skinny one there .I paid full price for daily/weekly and they kept moving me to monthly spots so they can rip me off and look like they are filling monthly spots but I am paying full price for a monthly spot for daily spot prices. They will change your confirmed reservation to another spot if you want to stay too longer than they want you too especially if you are not a family but 1 person. They tell you now that you need to leave at noon and come back at 1 pm even though you are a long term payer but not monthly so you need to check out and come back. Monthly returners after getting kicked out for 2 days can come back early but I cant. They lie about you breaking policies when a 3rd are doing the same thing as they claim I am doing. At least I did have a license, insurance and registration which I provided originally but were destroyed in a water leak and cant get new ones since this place will not allow you to be a resident and wont help you. Only employees there who knows what they are doing is Marian and Augusto. Crystal was good also but they got rid of her. The people there have no business sense. They should all be fired since I was paying double the monthly rate and they think that was a bad thing. Sorry owner who was never around to see what goes on on his lot. James Nagy..Now recheck but what does it matter if I have an alias acct? It doesn't change the facts what I said and you didn't deny the people names I named off as employees or not. Also didn't appreciate having to clean the pool before swimming. Unplugging toilets at night since no one was available to work. Didn't like they have NO security and I had to protect an old lady from a homeless person. I didn't like that all spots are uneven and after my leveling jacks went out I was threatened to be towed after 3 months because the decides to move me to another spot after reserving the one I was in. Are you happy now so called owner, who has no clue how is business is being run but only cares if the recognize your name or not and then they care.

Happily been a resident here for the best part of a year! The hard-working, attentive staff who work brilliantly here to keep this park; the oasis in the beautiful city of L.A. deserve the highest possible commendation for making this place a safe, welcoming home. For families and touring adventures, this is the ideal place to view the wonders of all Southern California has to offer, with exceptional car rentals and multiple food offers a walk away! (Trader Joe’s down the street!) and a thriving mall that you can walk around and enjoy the finest pastries from Porto’s Bakery, there’s a cinema, David Busters, and the best shop in all the land, Costco, a single crosswalk away! This is a luxury staying here, and anyone who says otherwise hasn’t ever stepped foot in Walnut RV Park. Brilliant laundry and amenities like a sparklingly clean pool with beautiful landscaping with handy toilets with showers! Thank you for sharing a part of our journey, Walnut Team, we love you all! 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to say this is one of the best RV parks I have been to in a long time. It's positioned perfectly outside LA. Not to far from all the attractions. Definitely recommend this RV park for all staying needs. Very clean and quiet. Easily accessible to get in and out of the location and the spots in the RV park. Will definitely reccomend to friends and family and will be back very soon. Great Job Walnut RV park.

We stayed at this great campground twice in July 2024. It's located in a very quiet and green part of the city, you don't feel like you're in a city as big as LA. Santa Monica beach and Universal Studios are within easy reach. Everything is very clean, the pool with the palm trees is great. Once a month there is a theme party, our children loved it. Shopping facilities are just around the corner. We can thoroughly recommend Walnut RV Park and would happily stay there again.

I'm withholding one star due to the underwhelming Wifi situation. The Wifi signal is good near the office, but the repeaters throughout the park are misaligned, resulting in practically unusable speeds throughout most of the park. One good thing is that each site has an active Spectrum cable connection. I was able to activate a personally-owned cable modem without having to visit a Spectrum store or wait for a technician. This is outstanding service on Spectrum's part. At this price point I would expect the park to put a high priority on providing excellent Internet access. At this park plan on sorting out your own Internet access.
