I am so extremely happy with my experience renting a storage facility from Wanamaker Storage. Right from the start Justin and Dustin were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and concern and reassured me of their willingness to help me if I have any future questions or concerns. They were efficient in processing my info and getting me the best possible space for my needs at the price within my budget. I really appreciate young men who care about the service and quality of the company they work for. I have decided to increase my previous rating from 4 to 5. I know it may seem irrelevant but I wanted to express my satisfaction with Wanamaker Self Storage for my RV storage needs. Wanamaker Self Storage fully met my needs for RV storage. It was the only storage facility that offered fully “covered“ storage. They even have 30 amp electric power for battery maintenance. The facility was always clean and appeared safe. The staff was also friendly and courteous. My only reason for leaving is because of a move. Dustin was extremely helpful in scheduling my departure date. He informed me of specific requirements associated with selecting a departure date that would be financially appropriate. I would definitely rent from them again if I needed RV storage.

Wow... I'm speechless. The customer service was outstanding. Dustin was so great. He answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend Wanamaker for storage. So glad we made the switch.

Customer service was excellent, but my unit was broken into and had lots of damage. Disappointing because property management noticed an increase in theft activity on or around the property about a month or so before our unit was broken into and they didn't notify customers of increased theft activity. We have moved out of our space since the incident.

Kat and Justin are great to work with if you need any kind of storage unit for your needs. They also have a box truck to use if you need one. I highly recommend Wanamaker self storage as well as Kat and Justin for all your storage needs. 12/4/22
