I rented a Budget truck for my move from San Diego to Stockton and Natasha helped me figure out multiple mistakes that another Budget location made - including a refund from an overcharge. It took several days and she kept researching and checking in with me and eventually we got everything sorted. Plus she was friendly and had a wonderful positive attitude. I can’t speak to their storage business but I definitely recommend Natasha and Waterloo Self Storage for your next Budget truck rental!

I had an accident at this location and scraped their gate with my truck, which then needed repairs to fix. Boneheaded move on my part but I immediately went to the office and gave the nice lady my info including my ID, insurance info, and phone number. I didn’t hear back for a few days until they contacted my wife, threatening to turn me into the police for a “hit and run” because they couldn’t read my phone number right. The nice lady inside even confirmed my number when I gave it to her inside, by calling me, so she knew it was the right number. I’m sure the owners were upset by what happened but they were completely unprofessional even though I did everything right on my part. The gate was fixed by my insurance btw and I never gave them any trouble but was still treated badly for no reason.
