⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Waterside at Blue Ridge! The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to reach whenever we had questions—top-notch hospitality. The concrete RV sites are impressively wide and perfectly level, making setup a breeze. Most sites feature charming gazebos with comfortable furniture, which added a relaxing touch to the whole experience. We stayed at Site 115, which came with a private hot tub—our main reason for choosing this campground. The tub was high quality, spotless, and maintained daily by the staff. It absolutely lived up to our expectations and made the trip extra special. Highly recommend Waterside if you’re looking for a clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed RV resort with great amenities and service!

Waterside at blue ridge was awesome and the staff were absolutely amazing during our visit. We had a campsite and we had family that rented 2 of the tiny houses so we could spend 4th of July weekend together. There was a snafu through booking.com that left some of our group without accommodations. The staff went so far above and beyond to help us out that we were absolutely blown away. Beautifully well kept campground, great atmosphere and wonderful people. Can't wait to go back!

Great location in the mountains to explore nearby towns in cooler fall weather. Lots of RVs here, owners and some renters,v all were super friendly. Most sites are paved, two fishing ponds, swimming pool, clubhouse, laundry etc. Very crowded on holiday weekends up from Atlanta. Super quiet during the week. We enjoyed our week here!

My husband and I have lived at waterside of Blue Ridge Site1 for just over a year. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so friendly. The Rangers take great care of the clubhouse keeping it very clean. Site 1 is nice and big. It has a cozy deck perfect for viewing the pond and nature at its best. Lots of beautiful birds to see. We have enjoyed the pool and being less than 5 minutes from Morganton Point beach access. This location also is great for day trips to TN or N. Carolina. So much fun to be had.

Each site is individually owned. I've stayed on site 128 four times and all but the last have been pleasant with no issues. Now the hot tub controls are messed up, difficult to operate. There are no steps to get in. The fireplace gas was out. Half of the lights were blown. The roof is dripping sap which makes sitting in the shade a risky game. It's incredibly difficult to get the sap off mesh chairs, towels, and the bottom of feet. As trivial as sap might seem, it's very problematic and worse than all the other issues combined.

We are staying at site 128 and it is amazing! We arrived via Nashville at dark and they had detailed instructions for us to find our site. Beautiful area, the site is paved, with a Gas stone fireplace pavilion, our own hot tub, river access, full hookups, corner lot. Simply perfection! There is WiFi at our site and also 3 bars of 5G Verizon. The kids have already enjoyed the playground, river, and we all have enjoyed the hot tub. They also have a pool. I think most people here are full timers but all have very nice rigs and seem to all be inside their campers because we don’t see many people outside! Camp store is small but nice and the management is lovely and kind. It’s our first day here but we are excited to check out the town of Blue Ridge as well!

We have a motor home. We put it on a lot and enjoyed the whole weekend. Beautiful place to visit and relax. Prices were great also.

After coming to Waterside for 5 years now, this is the last trip. Lot 182 is just hell being next to the owners of Lot 181. They have zero respect for noise. Came over for a peaceful weekend. It’s just like being home in my subdivision. So, if you decide to visit do not reserve lot 182.

We initially planned to stay at an RV site. However, unexpected issues with our fifth wheel caused a 2-day delay for us. The staff was very empathtic to our situation and wonderful in working with us so that our entire trip wasn't ruined. They were able to get us into a tiny house on site for the remainder of our trip (#144). It perfect for our family of four with three separate sleeping areas. Every member of the staff I spoke with was kind and helpful. The location is great, just 10 minutes outside of Blue Ridge, and very quiet at night.

We stayed at campsite #75 for a long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed this facility and specifically this site. The campground is quiet and well kept with very nice staff. Our spot had a wonderful pavilion in back and a therapeutic stream that is mesmerizing. The facility is simple and easy to navigate and the spots are well laid out for easy entrance and set up parking.
