We had a wonderful stay! The campsites were clean, spacious, and private, which made for a really comfortable and relaxing experience. The campground offers lots of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the location couldn’t be better — it’s close to all the area’s attractions, making it easy to explore during the day and return to a peaceful site in the evening. Overall, a fantastic place to camp and one we would definitely come back to!

We have been coming to this campground for years and usually love it. The indoor pool is a great perk which is always so nice and clean. My kids love the playground. Unfortunately this year we requested a late check out and were told that they couldn’t accommodate it because our spot was booked that day… ok fine. The campground is wide open on a Sunday so we asked if we could pay a late check out fee and move our camper to an available spot. We won’t even plug in just need a spot to park the camper as we visit relatives for the afternoon. We were told they couldn’t do this and we would need to pay $140 for another night. Thankful for the wineries around this KOA that are much more accommodating and allowed us to park our camper for free for the afternoon since this campground wouldn’t take our late check out money. Train your staff better. They are losing you money and customers!

We stayed in the back of the grounds in a premium lot. Extremely clean pad and very easy to get into. The pad was flat and geared towards a quick and easy setup. The patio, swing, table/chairs were a very nice touch. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again when we come to the finger lakes.

Campground was nice! We stayed in a cabin, the only real complaint is that it was quite close to the highway and the lawnmower woke us up in the morning :/ Best part of the stay was SHANE. Shane was one of the camp staff who was helping out at the rock wall, he showed us an awesome time and gave us tons of good recommendations for stuff to do in the area, and honestly was just a really welcoming guy. Cabins were good. I miss Shane.

I didn’t love it. I didn’t hate it. PROS: things to do with the kids. Relaxed atmosphere. Kid friendly. Great internet service!! CONS: Sites are TIGHT and no shade. Dog park is not fenced in. Our site was not level and semi dangerous. Part of the ground was missing off of the patio making it easy to lose your footing which was right by the campfire. Several near misses tripping.

Tent camped here for 4 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the water slide and climbing wall. Less than ten minutes to Watkins Glenn and Seneca Lake, less than 30 minutes to Ithaca, Elmira, Corning, multiple wineries, great spot!

The staff here was all amazing from the moment we checked in. We stayed 5 days in k10 cabin and were pretty close to friends who we were meeting us there. Kids all loved the pools, rock wall, slide parks etc. The ONLY downfall is the spaces are incredibly small. They really pack in the campers/tents/cabins. The park is large and allows the teen kids to run free and explore. We enjoyed the nature trail and stream right off one of the back sites and the proximity to downtown watkins glen, and lots of other hiking trails

This place seemed promising as we were excited to camp here but turns out the place is ran like an absolute joke. Golf cart pick up and check out is at noon and after walking up to the office to pick it up they were having a “staff meeting” conveniently, we had to wait an extra two hours to check it out. Not even ten minutes after checking it out we drove to our campsite and over to the food truck, my wife had forgotten her purse so my 16 year old daughter drove 4 sites down to grab it, the girl behind the food truck came out screaming at my child she’s not 18 to drive to the golf cart on the grounds waiving security over and they came over and asked my wife how long have we had the cart? my wife literally 5 minutes, he said well if you read the rules you would know you have to be 18 years old. I understand parks and places have rules but instead of having a long list of pages that 9/10 people don’t read maybe re iterate it at the time of signing, regardless though the golf cart was snatched from us after 10 minutes of use no simple warning and was told no refunds and the “peachy little manager Lavender” said it’s due to insurance purposes as they have new insurance, she said she didn’t want to hear it as the matter was closed, Mind you that we had just spent 200 dollars on the 4 day rental of the gold cart, the manager then tells me if we would like we can rent another golf cart if we wanted to pay, So let me get this straight if it’s about insurance policy as we “broke” the rules and a “liability” to the “insurance” why were we allowed the rent another golf cart and spend another 180 dollars. Seems to me it’s not about the policy as it is taking our money. The place is a scam, we spoken to other workers there as well and told they have a high turnover rate with employees at this camp ground as the management there is awful to work for. The poor campers next to us were charged $100 clean up fee for their little kids throwing a few water balloons on a 95 degree hot today. Shame on this place, I myself own a business in the area and i would never treat my customers in the manner this was handled. Could have been avoided with a simple warning, I hope others see this and second guess about coming here.

This was our third time staying here this year. Our most recent stay was last weekend. Each stay was exceptional and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. (We are new camper owners) The office staff has been very accommodating and go out of their way to help us. The amenities are amazing and there is a lot for the kids to do. The restrooms were spotless everytime we stayed. We also ordered lunch from the food truck and it was great. The person who prepared our order, I believe her name is Kena, did a great job! We are planning another stay for next month! Thank you for an amazing stay!

My family booked our very first camping trip in our new camper here for the Memorial day weekend. We had an issue hooking up to the electric. The staff immediately came over and spent so much time helping us diagnos the problem. After realizing it was a problem within our camper they continued to help us figure out what to do. They went above and beyond what we would expect them to. A+ customer service!
