Great little stop over campground for travelers. Sites are clean, spacious, and level, and not crowded. Full hookups, great price(bring cash or check-no credit cards accepted). In process of upgrading everything. Owner is very nice. 6 miles from Tabasco Plant, 3 miles from New Iberia.

First on their flyer it says there is a pool there’s not. Second you have to pay cash each month I figured they hiding money from the state that way, not my lane. I was there long enough to know the manager is not professional does a lot of talking about his health like his balks are swollen 😅I can’t. The owner comes and goes seems nice enough but not vested in the business. The shower room and place they claim you can rent for parties, the building is in bad shape I’ll include photos. Just saying it was quite right at 410 a month. The ground is hard to stay level it use to be a sugar cane field. Last I was told even though the water is well water the manager adds bleach to it, be aware you will spend lots for water for you and your pets. Also be aware of cars and windows. The manager has popped holes and dents in RVs and Cars while on riding lawnmower. This is a RV park

Good place to stay overall. Attached are pictures of the grounds, the office, and the building housing the laundry mat and shower house. It does cost money to operate the washer and dryer. Not sure why the sign says Weeks Island RV park, but it is the campground labeled Chase's RV park on Google maps. The owner is super nice and was very helpful. This was especially welcoming since we were staying here due to our home being unliveable at the moment due to Hurricane Ida. The grounds are nice and the shady trees are a definite plus. They have spots that are 30 amp and 50 amp with sewer and water. They also have nightly, weekly, and monthly rates that are very enticing. I was concerned because other Google reviews talk about their treatment while here being sub-par. I can see how they felt that way, but it was probably because the park does have strict rules and the groundskeeper is quick to say something about it. Two other small things are that the wifi signal the park has is super weak and didn't even reach our camper, but we did stay on an end of the park. Also the laundry room and shower house building does not have any a/c. Overall I would stay here again.

This RV park is one of the worse in town the maneger name curtis is really rude and disrespectful he doesn't know how to respect his costumers

This place was horrible. The park was constantly under water and there was no place to park a vehicle with a guarantee I wouldn't get stuck. The laundry room was unusable due to the possibility of bed bugs and the internet was "down" . Even after all that sometimes you can still easily tolerate a place if the people are friendly but that was NOT the case here. The manager was rude and nasty. All around this place is by far the worst rv park we've ever stayed in.
