Worst storage experience. There are children in charge of this place who run the business based off emotions and whimsy. A friend asked me to help her talk to them because she'd just paid them $800 for access to one of her units and they still refused her access because she had another unit past due. But they didn't TELL HER they weren't going to give her access until AFTER they TOOK HER MONEY IN BAD FAITH. When I talked to them, they said to me, and I quote, "we forgot!" I said ok then, make it right and give her access to her stuff! Then they really lost me when she said "you should mind your own business and not put your nose where it doesn't belong!" I said excuse me, she asked me for Help. I think it's you who had the problem. They still refused to give her access until the other unit was paid for. Unconscionable.

We have been treated with the upmost respect, professionalism, and understanding. The facility is very secure, always clean, well lit, and exceptionally managed. I currently rent (4) storage units located throughout the city and W.C. Storage Highline is bar none the very BEST. Their prices are competitive, the manager promptly responds to emails, the facility is spotless, the employees are extremely helpful and polite, and I am confident my belongings are secure. To anyone out there in need of storage, look to W.C. Storage Highline first. You won't be disappointed!

My RV was burgled here, they watched it on video, then charged me 2 late fees in 1 month. Police report number was given to management, but no return calls except harassment. Oh well..... Mar 2022 update: They may charge monthly or double late fees at their discretion, even when the bank sends a check directly to them prior to the due date and it is documented by the bank.
