Great staff who are always on when they're open. I've never seen the office closed for more than three or four minutes without a staff member during office hours. They're very conscious of security yet, very friendly. The security measures are amazing. The bathrooms are always clean. And the storage unit itself came beautifully clean, not even dust in the hallways.

We’ve had a unit at the West Seattle West Coast Storage for years and have been very satisfied. We recently needed an additional small unit and talked to Crystal. She listened to what we wanted and showed us a small unit on the same floor as our large unit, very close to each other. It was exactly what we needed. Crystal quickly put the paperwork together, explaining the agreement, and we finished the transaction. Very happy with the whole process.

Yeah, sure -- Crystal gets a lot of glory. (Yet I've mostly found her pushy, arrogant, and impatient over the phone.) But TREVOR'S the real superstar here at this place. Guys like this own companies like this. Not businesses like this -- but actual, entire companies such as West Coast Storage. He's treated me -- at first a grumpy, stressed-out, moving-soon millennial -- like absolute royalty, as if I were about to rent out every unit in the place! He approaches every single customer with a patient, friendly, innocent humility that you can't teach. You better promote him or be OK with losing him to tech company or real estate firm!
