I've used West Tampa Storage for my RV for many years and it's excellent! I especially appreciate the secure gate (electronic card needed for entry), water supply and pre-arranged availability of the dump station. The gravel is well-maintained, and the main "road" is so wide that parking and maneuvering are very easy. I appreciate having my own reserved spot, so I can swap the car and RV when I take the RV out. Chris Higgins does a great, customer-centered job managing the facility.

Place is great outdoor storage and owner Chris is a nice guy. About six months ago he changed the pricing structure and nearly doubled the monthly rate. At the same time he removed access to the dump station that was available. Still a good place to store your RV but I can no longer recommend as an affordable option.

Place is a real mud patch when it rains, which is always. Vehicles and shoes, floor mats a big mess. Not to mention paws. Have to physically carry your pets in and out so they don't get full of mud. Extremely tight entrance, flanked by two ditches, as well as exit. Very tight 11' spaces for Class A. Management is rude and obnoxious. Do not recommend at all. Unfortunately, had to do at least 1 star to post.

Great solution to my storage problem owner is constantly making improvements and a pleasure to do business with. The Lot is gated, offers 24hr access with cameras for security it also offers plenty of room to maneuver large vehicles its way better than UHAUL.

This place is perfect for boat storage! After years of bad experiences at several storage yards in Tampa, I'm so thankful to have found Chris and West Tampa Storage. The facility is great, wide open, clean, and well maintained - and there's even a wash-down station. Chris is professional, appreciates his customers, and it shows. AND - his prices are great. I'm a happy customer.
