Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Good bathroom and shower. No store, most tent site are level. Couple tight turns into RV spots but overall SOLID place. Nice walk around Thompson lake, however Webster lake is a short drive with lovely water to swim and fish.

This campsite was delightful! Very quiet and each site offers a good amount of privacy. It was also super clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Overall has not been a good experience and won’t be coming again, our tenting campsite was covered in gravel so we decided to put 2 tents in the grass 5 feet off the gravel. We almost instantly got told we need to remove our tents and put them back onto the dedicated camping area, again on rocks and gravel. The lake is not worth fishing in and you’re forbidden to swim in it. Also only catch and release. Ontop of that the lake was taken over by a group of people with rc boats and we were told by them to only stay near shore and not to go into the middle or the lake. If you want to come here for fishing don’t, if you want to swim don’t come here. Quiet time at 9

I very much enjoyed my stay here! I have lot 15 and it was located perfectly. Enough privacy to enjoy my time and close enough to the restrooms. There is a playground close by so expect the sound of kids if they’re at camp. I loved my time there. Hiking to the lake shore was a breeze and really quite beautiful. I would definitely recommend this campground! Everyone was so kind from Russ at the front shack to every camper I ran into.

Great site! Spent an entire day kayaking on the lake which was beautiful and very easy to access with kayaks/boats. For a camp ground, I was also super impressed with the water pressure in the shower! - there is a bathroom building and the last “stall” is a shower so definitely bring shower shoes. Great amenities overall!

Very convenient but private campground. Well spaced sites. Flat and gravel with plenty of room to back in. Composite picnic cables in most sites and fire rings. Well cared for campground.

Literally cant fish or kayak due to very poor water conditions and random water drills they didn't tell us about until we got here. No refund or offer to another site, just...good luck you can travel 15 to 25 min to the next kayaking spot. For that I would have camped somewhere else. And all the fish are toxic and the water levels not safe for humans...so if you want to make a fire in the woods, I guess this is the place. Super basic , side of the road would be cheaper and better.

The sites were well spaced and well maintained. The fire pits had fairly large adjustable grills. Fire wood was available for purchase at the front of the campground for $5 a bundle (which was like 10 logs). The bathroom was kept clean and the showers were great for a campsite. There was a shelf and hooks to put your stuff in the stall, a shelf in the shower to hold your bathing products, there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was nice. The trails around the lake were very easy to access, as was the nearby disc golf course. The hosts provided a map of the area's hiking trails and the breeze off the lake made for a very nice day of hiking. The hosts running the site were very helpful and friendly. They would make rounds occasionally to remind people of the weekly cornhole tournament. They also made a round to warn people of a tornado watch to make sure everyone would be safe. Overall an excellent campground that's very well maintained.

This is a great little campground. All the sites have water and 30amp electric outlets. They have plans to add 50amp service to all sites in the 2022/2023 off season. The staff and volunteers are extremely friendly and helpful. The bathhouse appears to be either new or newly renovated. There is only 1 shower in each bathroom, but it is large, has a bench and hooks. I loved that it had a locking door, not just a curtain. The water pressure was great with really hot water. The toilets and showers were clean and stocked with paper. We loved the disc golf course, which is easy walking distance from the campground. There is a basketball court and horseshoe pits as well. Unfortunately I could only get one day here as this is a very popular campground. The price is was pretty good for the amenities we had. Would recommend to everyone.
