Management is awesome and very polite also very professional. The extra bathrooms they have come in clutch when you're living out of an RV.

Managers r awesome and respectful. Maintence crew is very prompt. 2 in and out areas. Back gate is locked promptly at 8pm. Kid friendly with playground. Easy access to stores. Clubhouse activities.

Booming bass music all throughout the day that keeps getting worse... I work nights and I find it really hard get solid sleep with it sounding so ghetto here.

One of the best place to set your RV for a stay! Def around the outdoor activities. The nicest people I have ever known. Def a recommended place for a future stay esp a place to live.

Too expensive for what they offer. No pool, a run-down shuffle board area, a recreation room that is usually a mess. Not worth the cost.

Our stay was short, but very comfortable. The friendly staff keep a clean, safe park with all available necessities for travelers. We won't hesitate returning to stay when in Phoenix.
