Great experience, nice place off the highway, very accommodating. we came in for the old town rig down show and this wasn't very far from down town, only a few minutes out but far enough to be nice a quiet

Perfect place to stay if you’re in town to visit your college kiddos! It’s so close to everything! It is off the highway and I’m seeing complaints about that, but with your A/C running you can’t hear anything! Resort parks that allow ATV’s to run around all night are way worse! The park is clean and you can tell the owner cares about the place and the people! We’ll be back!

This is an r v park, so they don't have rooms. You bring your own RV.So I guess my room is great lol. They're sticklers about driving the speed limit, which is five, picking up after your dog, which is good. But it's right beside the highway. It's so loud and hard to sleep. For that reason, I would not suggest staying here. UPDATE: After I posted this review the owner unprofessionally responded accusing me of lying about staying here. I'm here with my spouse who is working out here for months. Definitely overnight stay lol, and its VERY LOUD and we have a beautiful "newer" RV with great insulation, less than 4 years old actually. Like I said it's an ok place but location is awful and loud...oh yeah and apparently they have an unprofessional owner who responds to reviews that are unfavorable, with accusations of lying and having trashy RVs.

We stayed last minute for one night. Right by the highway, easy access plus there is a truck stop on the same access road if you need gas for a big rig. We booked over the phone and Pam was very helpful. Simple park, but nice. Full hookups, good rate. We parked on an all grass spot, which was very level. We would definitely return. Class A diesel pusher 40' plus toad (we did unhook before arrival)

Western Pines was an amazing place to stay for the last year and a half. I felt safe there, there were always neighbors watching out for me, and Pam was extremely helpful and kind. They are making upgrades to the park which has been amazing and the location is perfect if you want to be near town with a lot of shopping in the area. My fur baby really enjoyed the area dedicated to pets and everyone picked up after their pets. It’s a clean park with rules that are meant to keep everyone happy and the area a nice spot. The sitting area at the back of the park is really nice. There are no illegal activities allowed which makes it perfect for families or people looking for a great spot. I really enjoyed my stay at Western Pines and hope to return soon!

We stopped for overnight in 38’ motorhome towing a car. A neat clean and quite park (some road noise but not bad) large grassy area perfect for walking my dog. Only negative thing is curbing at entry to park, no way to not run over a curb, would stay here again.

Stayed here for three months for work and it was lovely. Pam is so sweet and friendly. I miss her already! She's fantastic about letting you know if you get packages/mail. They have a locked mailbox and the office has cameras as preventative measures for porch pirates. People are friendly and it's safe and clean. The sites have full hookups and they're working on building the place up. Lots of open space to walk your dogs. There is road noise but it didn't bother us. It was almost like white noise in the background. Would definitely come back!

We were looking for an quiet RV park to stay the weekend to watch our daughter play volleyball at SFA. (11 minutes away) Pam is awesome and extremely pleasant (and responsive). The spaces are all drive through. It is a mix of long and short term stays. Every one we met was nice. They do take GoodSam discount. Lots are fairly level. We did require to level a bit. 30 and 50 amp with water and sewer. I recommend staying here

This was a clean spot to stay. Only stayed one night. The spots were nice enough, no tables or anything else. The driveways in and out have curbs and the road is not really wide enough for a big rig to go in or out without hitting the curbs. Being right along the highway there was quite a bit of noise.

Great Owners and very well maintained sites. They're my place to stay in Nacogdoches. The highway noise doesn't bother me, but might others. That and lack of shade are why the 4 stars.
