I tried to rent a uhaul truck with the online ap. The lady I talked to on the phone was rude and told me they didn't have any trucks. So I decided to call Westside storage. The lady was very very helpful and very nice. She said she had a truck. Went there and picked up the truck. Very easy transaction. Next time I need a truck I will just call Westside storage I won't deal with uhaul online.

The women here are truly the best to work with, always helpful and understanding. I've used them twice for uhaul rentals. They explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions. Will definitely keep using.

I just LOVE this storage place! The ladies are super nice there and the units are the CLEANEST in all of Sedgwick County! Best storage place in the city! Cannot go wrong with this group!
