My husband and I brought our RV for a quick get away. This is my honest assessment of this location. 1) RV slip was so small, we were on top of other campers. We could sit outside and here people in the next RV. 2) if you have anything over a 15ft don’t come. Tight turns and again on top of each other. 3) at night this place is pitch black - not cool at all. Had to run to the car, tripping over everything. 4) picnic tables (plastic) are in horrible condition, cracked with holes 5) too many trees to have to maneuver around to park. Again see point 2 6) RV slots the ground uneven. 7) $45,00 and no full hook ups. Would not have an issue with that if everything else was ok. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

Very beautiful cabins. You can pay for your camper, tent, cabins, and lodges for bigger groups. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Pet friendly. I have a puppy pitbull/husky mix and a Blue nose she is 4 or 5 years old. As long as you're dog is not a barker you will be able to have your pets there.

We stayed in a cabin for 3 nights and it was clean and cozy. The bathhouse was kept really clean, the outdoor sink area was great for dishes, and the sites are really nice. Also a nice playground area for the grands to play and a fenced in dog area for the pups to run! We will visit again

Nice quiet and friendly campground in Baldwin, MI. One of the cleanest bath houses that I have ever seen. There is a great pavilion for larger groups, a basketball court, playground for children, and a game room (board games mostly for rainy days, nice). Great for tent, RV, or TT. Water and electric are available on the sites, sewage is not and has to be done at the dump station. All very nice and clean.

The Pro's: Clean campground. Nice Cabins and close to Baldwin. The Con's: If you are looking for a place to hang with friends (party) this isn't your place. The owner is incredibly grouchy and is a stickler for the rules. 100%. He complained that he was hurting financially, and I can see why. Our group made reservations months in advance for a 4-day memorial weekend booking 4 cabins. On Saturday, the owner put a very quiet family directly beside ours. I introduced myself to the new neighbors and told them that our group may get a little loud but let me know if we bothered them and we'd adjust. I checked in with them two different times that evening and each time they stated we were fine. They left the early the next day telling the Owner it was because of our noise. Keep in mind... the owner's residence is less than 50-yards away and he told me he didn't hear us. Anyhow... Saturday morning arrived, and the owner rudely confronted me about his loss of $80. Although... we were spending $320 a night. We won't go back. It's my understanding that he was an accountant prior to his campground ownership. I believe this... His personality is fitting for that type of career, not the campground scene. Again, if you are looking for a place to drink beer, listen to music and hang out by a campfire with your friends and family.... THIS ISNT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Our cabin, and the bathhouse were very clean! Cabins have log furniture with nice porches. Nicely lit pathways with spring flowers all around. Nice playground for the kids. Grounds are well-kept. Rates are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.

I have been coming up to the area ever since i was a small child and know the area very well. N I decided i needed a night away from everyone and rented a cabin here. It was excellent the cabin was large and had a/c fridge microwave and comfortable beds. the bath house was great very clean, hot water. The owner popped by while i was at picnic table outside and said hi and chatted for a bit. Very friendly, great atmosphere , very clean and a great rate i will be staying here when im in town and need to get away from all the extended family….which is at least twice during a visit.
