Place is awesome, so much access to water..so many great sites ...only complaint is the washroom facilities which are terrible..I've been to India and Africa..and this says something. Porta Potties would be a good touch.

Very nice campground right on Bantam Lake. Reasonable rates, very popular and usually sold out on weekends.

the cons. the campsites are full of rocks and roots . Couldn't walk with out tripping on a root or stubbing a toe. The bathrooms are pit toilets and the smell is so bad you need to hold your breath or you will gag. You can smell them from 20 feet away. There is no water at the bathrooms to wash your hands. My site had 5 fish hooks on the ground thankfully the dogs did not get one in a paw. The campers next to us we loud until after 2 in the morning then where up and noisy by 7 in the morning every day, on top of their dog barking or winning most of the day. It was so bad that two family left 2 days earlier because they couldn't take it. pro. the lake is nice. nobody seams to car what you do so if you want to be left alone it is the place to go

Beautiful camping area & all around views. You have to book in person but if you call ahead they will let you know what has not been booked at that time. If you want a specific location you may or may not get it. But all the sites are beautiful with their own perks.

It's a nice standard campground. Be aware that you have to mail in to make reservations or go in person. Also I don't believe there is any showers, only restrooms. Lots of memories made here around the fire pit roasting hot dogs. Plus the campground is near some really good eats!

I think it's great if you want to be around other people as you can see everybody. The lake is also beautiful and a great View. That is the best part of it. If you're looking for complete quiet at times it gets very quiet but it can also be a little loud. If you have your own boat or canoe it is a great cuz it's easy to put in the water. It has fresh water for you to drink it also has a bathroom but it's just a toilet
