The horrible roads literally will destroy vehicles and kids toys..bikes scooters..very dangerous for kids to ride bikes and scooters on..kids having wrecks on bikes cause of so many undeveloped horrible huge holes everywhere..had a wreck and got bummed up many times..they fill them in with rocks you use for a driveway instead of the materials the road needs to fix the problems..the rocks eventually come out everywhere then the kids have to try to control a scooter over top hundreds of small rocks caused by filling in pot holes with them..so not safe for children are the horrible roads..hope they have insurance in case a child flips over a huge pothole..I mean they are huge deep potholes..and now they have informed the lot rent will go up again in January..they raised it last year to over 500 and now its gonna cost over 600 for lot rent compared to 300 something 2 years ago..and make people who stay in r.v pay for sewage and water and electric plus 600 something for lot rent..how can they keep raising lot rent plus a mobile home payment is well over 1600 a month..like almost 2 grand plus high utilities..thats more than you woukd pay in a high class regular home and neighborhood..and there is no amenities AT ALL no laundry no basketball court for kids no landscaping..offered to do for free if they purchased plants..there is absolutely no attraction or pretty flowers or plants..would make it look 100% more inviting.

All I have had since moving here is a problem after a problem. From being threatened by other people. And an office that stands by and does nothing. I work 10 hours a day minimum and I get to be woken up by greed! How you may ask. 7 am they are putting new trailers in all over and since they are made of paper you can hear them a block away using heavy equipment. So if you need sleep. I suggest other places. I wish this review was around when I was considering this place. Because with my small children I would have never stepped foot in this place. I honestly can’t say many good things about this place for a family.

And great people.Ok I applied to rent until my my loan went thru and got turn down because I filled bankruptcy a year ago but since then I have been doing very well I make 8,000 a month and I just got approved for my loan but can't live in the park. My wife and I have been very pleased with the quality of service we’ve received from White Oaks. We recently completed a rental agreement and Lacy was extremely helpful, patient and professional as we went through the process. 5 stars for sure!

Currently living in the RV side been here last part of the summer. We are currently in between selling are home and building a new one. I had my reservations about moving into a trailer park but there was not many options for use to live in are RV. Honestly we really enjoy it. It’s very quite and all the neighbors have been great. Management here is very nice and supper helpful. We had a tree fall across the road about a week after we moved in. I thought i was going to be late but I called and within the hour the guys cut it cleaned it and got us out.

I am using the RV side of the community and have been here 2 weeks. It’s a clean community and quiet. The people seem friendly. I’ve heard that it is under new ownership. Currently there are several brand new single wides being moved in and set up. Even the oldest ones in the community are well maintained. Definitely not your stereotypical trailer park. It has several internal roads that I enjoy walking my dog on a couple times per day. One suggestion for the long term residents would be convert a couple of empty lots boarding each other into a community zone with play equipment for kids.
