Clean, well kept campground. This is our second year back. And we will be back again. It is our new tradition. Pleasant and helpful staff. Affordable camping and camp store. The outdoor showers are the best along with the clean restrooms within a quick walking distance. I can not say enough positive things about this place. An absolute hidden gem. When tent camping in the woods next to a slow running creek, it’s the perfect spot. I don’t have children but it’s super kid and family friendly, pet friendly as well.

We have been camping at White Pines for many years now. This place is more than a campsite for us. The staff treats us like family and many seasonal campers have become friends. I love to see the kids playing around and having fun, campers making friends and sharing with each other.

I’m going to start by saying the facilities manager was respectful, helpful, and heard our concerns. He was supportive and fixed issues we had immediately. We were compensated quickly for the lack of clean up of our campsite upon arrival. My issue with this place starts with overall management, as any concerns went through a call center that was never actually reported to the manager or owner. Our garbage was never picked up, toilet paper ran out of all bathrooms continuously, and bathrooms lost electricity a few different times. We complained about issues many times and nothing was addressed until we walked to the front to talk to the staff ourselves. Once people were talked to about loud music, they only waited 10 minutes to start with loud music again, which sounded like it was coming from a car stereo. There was loud music being played until after quiet hours (11pm) started, and people playing music that bled into other campsites, not respecting that some people may not like their music. People cheered and yelled late into the night. At about 12am we had drunk people drive right by our tent, stop, and start a conversation very loudly, which woke me up. They were not there visiting any other campers or to set up camp, but went for a ride and decided it was nice to have a conversation by us sleeping in a tent. If you enjoy a party scene with people treating bathrooms like they’re not shared (diapers left in showers, hair everywhere with garbage left behind in stalls), this is a great spot.. However, if you’re looking for peace and serenity in the woods, I do not recommend going here. We cut our trip short because we go camping for that reason and did not find it here. I did not see this as a very family friendly place and we will not be retuning here or to any of the white pines locations due to this experience.

Arrived at 2:30 & no one was there for check-in. Check-in is supposed to be start 1 pm. Owner forgot about us & had to wait 45 minutes for site because equipment was still laying gravel down. The folks working were very nice & helpful. The picnic table fell apart when they tried to move it. Said we would get a welcome packet tomorrow but it never came. Never emailed us the code to get thru gate in & out of the park so had to wait each time. A standard site was supposed to have water & septic tie-in. The septic receptacle was too small & narrow for our standard tie-in that has worked all across America. The grounds worker suggested we use a garden hose???? For the price this site was not worth it. The place was packed with seasonal folks' campers but lucky for us no one was there yet as it was too early in the year. Only stayed 2 nights Sadly won't be back to this one but it was close for fly fishing the river.

They did a lot of upgrades to the campground. Friendly fun campground for the kids and relaxing woodsy or field type sites to choose from

Great place, We stayed in the deluxe cabin opening the 2025 Camping season. Amenities were great especially the shower! Staff was friendly and kind. They went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of updates too. Can't wait to come here again!

Our weekend stay at white pines was great. The staffs are all awesome they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as ever. Great entertainment for both kids and adults. This was our first time here and we definitely 💯 had a wonderful time and would recommend this camp ground to anyone who is looking to go camping for the first time. Campsites with electric and water makes the experience even more pleasant. Thank you to all the staffs at white pines, keep up the good work in making new comers to your campground ⛺️ feeling safe and happy during our stay.😃

Based on what I’m reading about prior reviews, it does seem like there has been some management changes and the new management is really good. We did have some issues, and the campsite tried their hardest to correct each issue. A+ effort from management. The campsite itself has some infrastructure issues and I hope that over time, things get better with better management. Just navigating with a medium sized camper can be a challenge. There is a lot of variability with the quality of the sites. One site may have a nice gravel bed, and the one next to it is muddy with tree roots that make it hard to utilize. One site will have a 30A with gray water, the next only a 15A with a gray water that you don’t find until the second day. This is also one of the loudest campsites I’ve been to. We had competing music coming from the surrounding sites, and one of the permanent residents didn’t seem to care that every time they put their golf cart into reverse it would let out a high-pitched scream, and he didn’t really seem interested in making sure it was in reverse for the shortest possible time. Although the sites are wooded, some sites back right up to each other. I wasn’t in a tent site, but I was camping in a tent. I had another tent about 10 feet from mine from another site. Overall, I think White Pines has a lot of potential. Hopefully this new management means that thing will be improving going forward. It’s not on my list of campsites I feel I need to return to, but I’ve certainly stayed at worse.
