Great campground. Some are on the water, some are up the hill. Some sites are right next to others and a couple are very private with trees and bushes in between. Only about 9 miles to town

Beautiful spot right on the river. $25 fee is a bit steep when there is dispersed camping right across the road but the river and multiple bathroom facilities are great. Spots are located close to each other but have plants seperating the camps.

Absolutely love this place so many places to get onto the River. Really is so much to see and enjoy. If you are looking for a campground you can't go wrong with Blue River Campground. The camping sites may be a little tight really nice Campground with plenty to do close to by.

We stayed at site 7, and there was little shade but a beautiful view of the hills and sky. Unfortunately, there is no access to the Blue River unless you go through other camp sites. The bathrooms are well maintained! The host was kind, and there is plenty of room between camp sites to not be bothered or bother others. There are a bunch of hikes and a few fishing spots nearby. Far enough from SilverThorn to feel in the wilderness and close enough to get anything you may need or want!

A nice spot, especially the lower sites. The water was high this year (June 18 2023 weekend) but still sort of fishable from the edges. Campground is nice, bathrooms are very clean and site staff are nice. Some spots are pretty close together with worn paths between them. Town is nearby for anything you need. Plus plenty of hiking trails. Careful of off-leash dogs. Overall a great spot. Fills up early so book way ahead of your visit!

It was great to be on the river but you can hear traffic all day and night. Camp host Jess and son Maverick were very very nice. The campsites were well kept. Mom is unstable on her feet and this place was very easy for her to get around.

Easy checkin. Nice location. Some of the cleanest drop toilets I’ve ever used. Would stay here again.

Vic and Jess are the best camp host. They treat the campground with pride. It is the cleanest campground that we have visited
