Wide Opener Repair company was great. they came out the same day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Showed me how the prior guy had put unequal springs on the sides. Highly recommend !!

Unfortunately, I would agree with the other one-star reviews, this was a mistake. I gave my bank information to David over the phone, and he gave me a gate code and a pull-through number. After I had unhooked my trailer and was leaving I was accosted by a sour guy named Steven on a scooter who blocked my car, "What are you doing?". Okay, no pull throughs available as David said, but I'll make the best of it, right? I had to take a tight spot I didn't want. Long story short, the gate code never ended up working, they parked another truck in my spot while I was away one weekend and I couldn't return, there were promises with slow to no follow through without my effort. It was too much work. Even after I formally canceled my account, David is STILL drafting money from my bank. I must now contact my bank and spend more time on this mistake. I hope you don't have the same bad experience I did.

Avoid this place! Owner lied, said they had a pull through storage when we arrived it was not a pull through. owner also said it was covered storage. More Lies! The storage only covered about 1/2 of my 30 foot trailer. It says on-site 24 hour security and video surveillance agin more lies when we went to pick up our trailer 5 months later they had moved it with a forklift and had damaged the front corner and crushed the emergency electric rip cord on the tongue of the trailer we asked if he would review the video footage to see what had happened he said “ the cameras aren’t working” ( how convenient) plus while I was walking around trying to figure out how to get the trailer out ( did I mention that they had put big square containers throughout the yard since we had dropped off our trailer. Yeah well they did! There were people disassembling a motorcycle in one of the container this place may be a chop shop. AVOID

The person who owns and manages this facility will rent you a spot and then if your vehicle leaves the lot he will then re-rent your spot to someone else and randomly assign you another spot. In our case he assigned us a spot we could not fit into and then assigned us another spot that was too small. When we ask to return to the spot that we agreed to rent at the start he refused and then told us to leave. Unreasonable, unprofessional, rude, and nasty. This is not a place to leave anything of value. He then offered to credit us one month (for 5 months we had to park the vehicle at our home!). In addition, the 'secured' access gate was usually open to anyone who might want to come and steal of damage vehicles. Just awful. If you are considering a place to store your camper, vehicle, or RV you would do much better to look at any place but this one.
